Lovely dining area on the first floor. The soup was hot and had a fresh taste, accompanied by a modest yet very satisfying sandwich. Service was attentive, fireplace on the go with a selection of books.If I had been around a few more days I would certainly have sampled the tapas.Boutique items and booze sold on the ground floor.Will be returning on my next visit for sure.Thanks

Had tapas here last night. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced, as was the wine. Fantastic service and a great ambiance. We will definitely be back, Gordon and Joanne!

What a gem ! Looks like a wine shop / Deli from the street, but go upstairs and it’s an amazing Tapas restaurant run by the most lovely couple, who plied us with wine samples and invited us to wine tasting evenings. Cannot recommend more highly !

Great place to go for lunch! Excellent service without being 'in your face'. And you'll find you'll walk out of the deli itself having bought lots of lovely comestibles. Great range of local beers.

Hands down the best brunch/lunch in Hexham! We seem to take all our visitors there, and it just keeps getting better. The upstairs room has a great atmosphere and always feels alive whilst never being fully booked – a fine trick. Deeply friendly (if a little laid-back) service, with wonderfully sourced ingredients and a great, ever-expanding menu – relatively light on veg/vegan options but what there is, is excellent (and with meats and cheeses that good, it's fair enough!)

I LOVE to drink coffee on a glass and stir with a spoon and this is what I got here.Beautiful market with all kinds of canned food and fresh food in fridges.Very sociable owners who you can talk with.Tapas on Fridays and Saturdays.Very recommended.

Our first time in. Very friendly owners who welcome well behaved dogs downstairs. Lovely selection of wines (over 200 wines and beers) and deli items. An interesting and tempting selection of breakfast and lunch meals. Tapas menu available Friday and Saturday evenings. We shall definitely be back.

Out looking for somewhere to eat having not booked and stumbled across this lovely place! Lovely selection of tapas accompanied by a chilled white Rioja - what’s not to like! Friendly welcome and welcoming vibe. Highly recommend.
