ordered online through just eat app but order declined with no explanation , seems from others this is not an actual place , just eat need to look into this and remove their listing if this is the case

I place an order from just eat waiting for my delivery 2 hours i call them they say that they send my pizza 30min ago but they will send it again and i will get my pizza in 10 min i was waiting for 30min more and i was calling them to cancel my order and get my refund back no one pick up the phone i finally get my order after 3 hours and a half waiting... and my food was cold i order a salad the salad was only onions and mayo i add mushrooms on my pizza which i didn't even get them... thats the worst place ever people dont order from this place ever... they dont even reply to my calls anymore...
