ABBEY DECKING

Before I give a long descriptive recommendation I would just like to say – Use Tom at Abbey Decking, you won’t regret it. Now for the long version. Tom and his crew built a large multi-level deck covering over 100 square meters. The deck had steps, benches, lights, it surrounded a semi sunk spa and was exactly level with the floor inside the house, creating an almost seamless outdoor extension separated by a glass curtain. After an initial consultation Tom sent me a 3D image of the plan along with the quotation. This was exactly what I had in mind and suffice to say was within my budget. The quality of work from Abbey Carpentry was outstanding; the attention to detail was second to none. Everything from the stability of the framework to the exacting standard of the joins; you can tell it had been built by a craftsman. The job was completed within the time frame given and ever so slightly under the quoted price… amazing but true. Tom is an excellent carpenter and he controls his team well. Keep the cups of tea coming and you will not be disappointed with any job they do. Tom takes two sugars!
