Very unkind lady and can’t make a proper coffeI came here this afternoon to get a coffe and it wasn’t the first time but will be my last time.I ordered a caramel latte and it was the most disgusting drink I’ve had. It gave me a bit of stomach pain and was very bitter. This was the most bitter coffe I’ve had from pret,I highly recommend the Pret A Manger in the Chiswick business park even tho it’s far it’s worth it

I was disappointed by the unprofessionalism and lack of respect displayed by a staff member (female) barista! her dismissive attitude was so rude and left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Please notice this is not the first time… is disgusting to see how a person and act in such a disrespectful way making you feel awful while you are buying a coffee. I hope the company addresses these issues to improve the customer experience.

This Pret is SO AMAZING.Other Prets are always dirty, crowded, and full of lazy staff. However, staff from this Pret work very hard and maintain the shop cleanly, even the bathroom.They are very lovely and always make me feel better.

Usual place to get some work done when out on the road doing site visits. Food and coffee always good and made better with a Pret subscription

Won't be going here again. Friend who is a brown woman came with me to show me the terrible and rude treatment she gets when she visits this Pret. Particularly the treatment she receives by one of the males who is usually at the tills. He immediately stopped smiling and being friendly when my friend and another black/brown woman went to pay for their items. Didn't even say 'Hi' back. Gave them a disgusting look but went right back to smiling and welcoming the white male right after. Pathetic. Glad she showed me. Sorry she was treated poorly.

Very impolite, rude, and arrogant staff in general, but in particular the team leader(s). We believe that you need to retrain your staff to show respect and friendliness to customers. The other coffee houses on Chiswick High Road make more of an effort to do so.
