Absolutely beautiful items but the price is just too high, especially since most items are for children. Can't fault the store though, well laid out, staff are friendly and helpful.

No prices on stock, had to ask at till to scan for price.... tiny childrens coin purse for £15 .... we put it back on the shelf and knew why they don't display prices!

Managed to get exactly what I needed! Staff were lovely and friendly, the shop was quite busy but we were served pretty quickly :)

Had a pencil case for my daughter which had broken. Spoke to the manager and she swapped it free of charge . Can't fault them

Very bad customer service. I asked for a bag and lady on the till Said yea sure I only got one hand and let me give u change first" that was very impolite because I was not rushing either. Don't feel like going again there ."
