SATURDAY MOOTTester was rude- couldn’t even be bothered to explain details of my MOT. His attitude was very confusing. He out my papers down and walked away as though we had had an argument, but we hadn’t.The only reason I didn’t address his with him was that I didn’t want to spoil my day- but he really needs to be told.Their signage said they will show you any recommendations for repairs- but clearly they don’t adhere to their own protocols.The supervisor recommended the obvious and invited me back- NEVER! What he should have done was addressed the attitude of his staff. The next garage I went to laughed when I told them I went to this Kwikfit. Very unprofessional- it’s an ‘if your face fits’ type of place. Pot luck, Good luck!

Staff communicated well. Car felt different in a good way. My local garage couldn’t do the work so had to go out my way. The wheels could not come off due to broken wheel but thing and they explained. Perry Barr I am grateful.
