The coffee tastes great, and is served with oat milk, without the extra costs added by the coffee shop giants in the highstreet. The views from the coffee club are the best, you can see all the way to Abergavenny

Very friendly team. Grilled bacon sandwiches were fantastic and a great choice of hot drinks. Lovely location with beautiful views across Caerleon, to Pontypool and Abergavenny. Seating outside or you can eat in your car if the weather's not as nice. Also free parking, and step free access.

Great little place! Really nice people running the business. Found it by accident a few weeks ago and it’s lovely to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee with a delicious toasted sandwich with so many different fillings on offer. Loyalty card given and at reasonable prices this a great place to spend looking at amazing views and enjoying the scenery.

Fantastic viewpoint looking over Caerleon and up to the Abergavenny hills. Coffee is good but their latte doesn't touch the sides for me.Can't comment on food as haven't tried it.

Relatives had come down from Solihull and I wanted to take them somewhere different for coffee. They loved it. Luckily it was a sunny chilly day and even though it was busy,we didn't wait long for delicious food and a hot drink.

Went today on our way to Pembrokeshire, stopped off here rather than the usual services.To the point, very expensive, London prices for a back and sausage butty (£6.50) and a sausage, cheese and chutney toasted sarnie (£6.80).Worst thing though is the portion size, tiny sandwich that is more suited to a borrower. Mine, the bacon and sausage had one whole rasher of bacon and 1.5 sausages (3 sausages but only had half of them). The missus had the other sarnie and there was only sausage on one half of her butty. She's from reading and so didn't feel comfortable complaining in a Welsh area, but she should have, as I'm Welsh and wanted her to. Normally she's a customer service complaining queen.Taste was ok, views great, toilets a portaloo, customer service fine.Update, post owner reviewThe comments back from the owner only serve to reinforce an absence of attention to what the customer expects or even says. It's constructive criticism, it will serve the business better long term to take it on board.If you charge a premium price for a bacon and sausage butty, bearing in mind you're sat outside on some metal chairs under a corrugated roof sheet being served by a butty van, then surely the premium product must be in the food itself. I've every right to complain if there was barely a morsel of meat in the sandwich and only didn't with the missus there to not cause a scene. You should be embarrassed and apologetic for serving such.As to the comment that we're a small business, that doesn't absolve you from basic customer feedback or standard of food. You do a disservice to small businesses that do satisfy customersAnyway, the advice is there, up to you to take it or leave it . As to telling me not to come again, I highly doubt I ever would, does the review leave any ambiguity. I only have 3 stars as I was concious it was probably a local business
