Took my Son to this salon, he is not keen on having his haircut but Chloe instantly put him atease, she spoke to him throughout to reassure him. He is very happy with his new haircut and said Chloe is his new friend. Thankyou Chloe, we shall return.

Great cut and the girl was fabulous with my 4 year old. He usually hates having his hair cut but he grinned all the way through this one!Update - used to be great, now not so much. The new staff have zero personality, are lacking in customer service skilss and if you ask for something that isn't a short back and sides they just look at you blankly. So disappointing.

Never had a problem before but was disappointed with the cut my son came home with today. The fade looked like it had been hacked at and looked like a set of stairs. We were unable to come back down to discuss face to face but have had to shave the sides as he is a very self conscious teenager.
