Great little restaurant with excellent food.Don't expect a fast food service but therefore you will get fantastic fresh and homemade meals!The portion size is big enough for an adult. I am a good eater and I had to struggle.The staff is very friendly, too.

First ever visit. Loved the food. Great ingredients, fresh and not greasy. Good spaced set up and covid systems in place. Staff are polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

I go here way too often lol. Love the food here. Probably one of the best roast dinners served in Colchester and their cooked breakfasts are served all day and are just as good. Everything is cooked fresh. I find it priced really fair for what you get. I genuinely won't go any where else for a fry up because once you have had one of these anything else will disappoint.

Good staff, COVID precautions, and plenty of parking. Breakfast menu has many options but are just variants of the same. Food is cooked well but oddly with identical consistency. Coffee (latte) was an acquired taste. Asked to pay in advance...which was odd. Nice enough but unlikely to return.

Lovely food. My family go here every weekend. I have been coming here with my Nana and my mum since I was a child, and now I take my daughter. Lovely, friendly staff. Can't wait to go again at the weekend.

Good staff, good food, great location. Now I know how accesible it is and the speed of service, considering they had a short staffed sign up, during a busy breakfast period. I will be going again.

1 hour wait for a burger whist watching the person served before me finish and leave 15min before mine arrived. Lovely staff, good food. But don't stop here if time matters.

Totally brilliant cafe with the best property cooked breakfasts going.All freshly cooked and reasonably priced. Lunch menu looks wonderful and we're off to try it at the weekend.Lovely staff and service. Very clean and spacious.Lots of choices for both food and drinks.Can't recommend highly enough.It has a small but pretty outside seating area too.The owners obviously put everything into this cafe. A hidden gem, but gets very busy!
