We received a very professional, knowledgeable and capable service from this team. Due to major engine failure a new unit was sourced and fitted along with other key components by them. The work was carried out very efficiently for a reasonable price.Having experienced an excellent friendly service from Country Motors Ltd we would certainly use them for any future vehicle repair requirements.

I can honestly say what a pleasure it is to find a business that clearly puts the customer first. My car was MOT'd and brake pads changed at short notice and they even stayed late to enable me to pick the car up. I recently got myself in a bit of a pickle when the suspension collapsed on my car. I needed it repaired quickly because we were without a vehicle. My neighbour recommended I try Country Motors.Well I’m glad I did, the service was excellent, they contacted me to tell all the faults on the car. They gave me a breakdown of the cost of the work needed so that when I picked up the car I didn’t get any surprises.Very pleased to get my car back so quickly.Thank you

Not a review I wanted to write. I had a problem with my Ford Galaxy. There was a strong smell of oil coming into the cab of the car. The garage said it was repairable so I booked it in...3 weeks after getting it back, the same problem.. Back it went to get repaired.. 3 weeks after, guess what? The same problem.. Again it went in again to get fixed... And again... Went wrong.. This time there was oil everywhere in the engine.This morning I took it to a Ford expert who examined it an says that the head gasket needs replacing.. I have now scrapped the car and bought a new one.Why could country motors not just have told me this? I may have saved nearly £600 on the continuous repairs! I will not be using them again!

Booked me in to look at my volvo. Gave me a detaled report of problem (turbo). booked me in for next day and worked late to get me back on road as i need transport as i am a carer. cannot fault work and invoice came in less than quoted. Fantastic service car drives like new freindly helpful staff will use again.and would recomend their services

Went in for an MOT came out with a £900 bill, and a total bodge of a repair, that is costing £500 for another garage to put right.Avoid at all costs.Edit: The garage didn't contact me once. Each time I contacted them I was either told a mechanic was in hospital, the car was on the ramp, or to call back later.It took 3 days just to get the invoice!I contacted the garage to say I wasn't happy, and that the car was leaking fluid, and it was under powered, the turbo not boosting. They took the car away I think.. I was at work.. I can home and it was parked different. As it was dark I couldn't inspect it. The next day there was another puddle under the car, and it was still under powered.I should have pushed it for the repair to be done properly, but after 2 shoddy jobs the trust has gone.
