From Nightmare to Fairytale!!!My Alpine was taken into the branch for a Service & MOT, which identified that minor work was required to the suspension.Unfortunately this resulted in a lengthy delay without the vehicle, circa 3 Months.Following countless chasers the issue was caused due to the part being on back order directly from the distribution centre in France.Although Renault acknowledged this and provided me with a vehicle during this spell, it was only due to escalation that Ryan stepped in to ensure that a like for like vehicle was provided under the circumstances.Ryan also took time out to listen to my concerns and take into consideration me as the client/customer and my view.Following reflection and communication between Alpine & Alpine Centre Manchester & Renault an amicable solution was agreed which I was more than happy about as this contained a number of gestures of good will due to the circumstances.The part has now been fitted and my Alpine is ready to take to the road again.Prior to the collection of the vehicle I unfortunately had a close family bereavement which restricted me to attend on the day scheduled.Ryan obliged with support and understanding for which I am extremely grateful for.“Ryan I am aware I was your first Customer at Alpine Manchester, but I doubt I will be your last, thanks for all your help over the recent weeks/months”All the best Ben & Toni

Millie and Ian were excellent.The sitting area could be more comfortable.It’s a pity I didn’t get to experience the Megan RS courtesy car for Alpine owners it was sold before my cars first service.

Recently visited the dealership and dealt with by Ryan from the Alpine side of the business. Nothing was too much trouble, he made it feel like a VIP experience and no question was left unanswered with his underpinning expert knowledge. Very accommodating to provide a test drive prior to placing order. Good advice on options to specify on the vehicle. Regular updates on the delivery schedule when the delivery date was approaching. Handover was good, not rushed and covered all the necessary details.

The car had a really annoying buzzing noise in the cabin. The technicians took the issue seriously and sorted the problem out. I now have a perfect car - really appreciate the manner in which they approached the issue

It was an 11 month wait for the car, this was much longer than previously indicated, but I recognise this is out of the control of the dealership, the A110 is amazing

My experience with Ryan at Alpine has been nothing short of exceptional. There was no pressure selling (after all, those that know the A110 know that the car sells itself) and Ryan was very accommodating in terms of getting a decent test drive out in the car. (A very enjoyable experience very much enhanced by Ryans presence). He is extremely knowledgeable of the product, the brand and its history - and during the drive he offered up considered viewpoints and came across extremely professional.My partner has accessibility needs (in that she walks with crutches) and we were given plenty of time in the showroom to be alone with the car to figure out how easy the car would be to live with. Those that are wondering about the limited storage that the A110 has and its ability to transport crutches - they fit perfectly down the sides of the seats. Perfect! It was nice to be given the privacy with the car to assess this - and both myself and my partner really appreciated that as it's obviously such a big element in the purchasing decision.Ryans communications have been peerless. He's promptly returned emails and phone calls... and has contacted me exactly when he said he would. (You'd be surprised at how many dealerships cannot get this task right!).In short, having experienced my fair share of pushy, useless salesmen from some premium marques, the whole experience was refreshing - in fact, Ryan provided the best experience in a car purchasing situation that I have ever had - by quite some margin.See you again in a couple of years!

The customer service lady was first class and very helpful. How can you improve? My car has full PPF and ceramic coating - not that that is pertinent in all aspects, but means my car had no or extremely minor swirl marks on it. It pains me to note that after the service it was washed and dried with what I can only imagine was a cloth that had seen the ground and pulled over many cars before mine. It looks like the world ice skating championship has taken place on it which on a black car shows more readily and I imagine will require re coating. This is because I imagine the cleaning responsibility goes to the apprentice who has no idea how to clean a car, which should be seen as important as the service itself. Rant over. Apart from that, I asked for the passenger door to be fixed as it sticks out after letting go. Was told it just needed grease. Got home and it is the same ie sticking.

The service department staff were friendly and knowlegable. The problem turn out not to be a fault with the car but the result of fitting a faulty dash cam.The garage staff diagnosed the problem and updated software whilst the car was in the workshop. All done in less than an hour.Excellent service.

Ian was helpful, patient and responsive throughout the buying process, then worked very hard on my behalf to complete the deal.Overall a great buying experience and a very happy customer.
