Avalon installed my SecuroGlide roller shutter door. Electrically operated via fob and fully insulated. Prior to approaching Avalon I sought out alternative quotes one company wanted full payment up front, others simply didn't respond. Avalon however turned up very quickly and surveyed and gave a quote. Absolutely zero pressure unlike the other company which were full on pushy trying to get commitment immediately and didn't leave me alone for weeks. I had to postpone installation several times due to needing some building work done prior to installation but Avalon always accommodated me and put off installation without any grumbling. The two fitter Rob and Jarvis did a great job and were really friendly and very happy guys and took the time to fully explain how it works and left it all tidy taking away the old door and any rubbish. Seriously could not be happier and comes with a 7 year guarantee.

Can’t rate high enough, my door had previously been installed by Avalon and that was flawless however the motor had developed a fault, within no time from calling, Peter came out to assess the issue - shortly followed by the engineers who replaced the motor, fantastic customer service and the guys that did the repair left everything how they found it. Thank you guys
