I genuinely cannot thank and recommend this pharmacy more.I went in after being told by the hospital to just get some bite cream for a bite on my ankle, which also being 35 weeks pregnant I couldn't walk on my foot at all and it was massively swollen/incredibly painful.The pharmacist at the time and all the staff took 1 look and immediately reffered me to the doctors to get some antibiotics as they all agreed it was infected. Nearly a week after taking them everything has healed up but I honestly dread to think how my foot and leg would've gone if i just followed the Hospitals advice alone!Thankyou so much Knights M&M Meadowfield!

I visited this pharmacy today with my 3 year old grandson and I would like to thank the staff for their empathy and professionalism, excellent service .

Absolutely shocking service. Signed up for script to go directly to chemist supposed to be done within 72 hours. I went to collect 5 days after and it wasn't even ready. Ended up waiting 20 minutes. It would have been quicker going to the doctors to collect the prescription and dropping it off myself.This used to be a good little chemist not now since it has been taken over.

Staff always try their best amidst very busy periods. A shout out to their long serving Paula (I think) who is always friendly and helpful

Almost every trip I make to the chemist never runs smoothly, items not finished and sometimes they have not even been able to find it at all! Comes across as a very unorganised environment, and has rapidly gone downhill. However some staff do still try to be friendly and smile and the young lady there seems to sort a lot of situations out. Waiting times need do need improvement.

Worst chemist I've ever been to. I've moved chemists. It's never been a great service, but recently it has gotten a lot worse. There's only one good member of staff. They are constantly unorganised. Medication missing yet stating its there. I've had to request to re order early. Staff talk about you and whisper while you are stood there. They are too busy chatting to attend to customers. Zero duty of care.

Apart from 2 experienced staff who are knowledgeable and as helpful as they can be, this place is a joke. As I queued I watched 3 people being told they were wrong only to discover they were right. On my turn I was told there was no prescription for me only to find it 10 minutes later. There's always a ridiculously long wait and always only one serving despite there being several staff. Therefore, if a patient has a complex issue, the queue just gets longer. It would be sensible for one of the other members of staff to help out. It has virtually no shelf stock bar the absolute basics and in 2023 it shuts for lunch! I appreciate the pharmacist needs a break but there's no need to close. None prescription purchases could still be made and prescriptions dropped off. They seem to have enough staff, it's just poorly organised and poorly managed. I feel so sorry for the two efficient staff. They try so hard. I hope they know who they are as I would give them 5 stars.

Absolutely terrible service by one member of staff.I never write negative reviews but feel this is necessary.Told to arrive at 8.30am (they open at 8.15am!!?) for daughters prescription. Wait outside until 8.40am! Staff waiting in car park for key holder to open up, she then says she slept in!!!! (no apology).(Baring in mind I tried to collect the prescription the evening before but the had the shutters half down and 5.59pm for the prompt closing at 6pm and couldn’t help (fair enough))She was whispering to a member of staff about me right infront of me!… I heard everything I then asked why she was being so rude and unprofessional, to which she said she wasn’t! Absolutely disgusting customer service!Other members of the public were there to hear and see all her awful unprofessional behaviour. Unacceptable service for both punctuality and general human courtesy!
