Bought a carpet from Inspired last week, absolutely brilliant from start to finish. REeally happy with the product and more so the service from visiting the store. Adrian the store manager dealt with me personally and I could not be more pleased.

I purchased carpets and LVT flooring from walking into the showroom I felt really welcomed .. got approached straight away told them what I was after and they took me to the carpet and flooring and helped choose the right one .. really quick turn around my carpet and flooring was fitted within 2 weeks .. really good value for money and brilliant quality ., I would highly recommend Inspired Carpets

Have always used this store for all our carpets over the years and the two fitted today were perfect as always. Great price, quality and fitters, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

A great independent carpet & bed shop! It is great to be able to support local independent businesses without compromise. They have a great range of flooring and beds, helpful staff and good prices. We picked flooring for 2 rooms and purchased a bed too! Good delivery and fitting service! Well worth a visit! Thank you ☺️

Purchased four carpets from inspired for three rooms and a stairs and landing. Excellent in store service and fitting. There was a slight manufacturing fault on one of the carpets and it was replaced immediately and hassle free. Excellent service would certainly recommend.

I cannot warn you enough about this company. Fitted a stair carpet in December 22. By January 23 it was fraying up the side reveeling the backing and staircase. After some discussion the manager agreed to replace. Fitters arrived yesterday am rather than pm as arranged. My son let them in to do the work. They fitted new carpet in no more than 25 minutes breaking one of our vases in the process. When I arrived home and checked the work I was very disappointed to see very poor quality fitting. On some of the steps, the carpet doesn't meet up with edges, and some sides are bunched up making the whole appearance unsatisfactory. After speaking to the manager he blames the staircase! If this was the cause, why isn't every step the same? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are a bunch of cowboys who don't stand behind there service. BE WARNED!

Placed an order for a carpet with Ted on the 22nd Feb which was a very very easy job for them as it required no grippers/underlay/door trim / disposing/ removal of the old carpet. The room is 3M x 3M L shape with no furniture in so nothing major. When asked for a morning slot he said that should be fine and when asked what time one of his colleague spoke to the fitter and said the time would be around 9:30 / 10:00 but they’d put me down as the first job of the day as it would take around 30mins to install (not even that) especially as we are 5mins away from the store. I thought perfect I can go into work later on rather than booking the day off which the staff were aware of as I arranged it with them to suit this.Come the day of install (Today) rang up at 10am to find out what time the fitter would be at my property to be told that “We don’t give times and their morning slots are 10am to 1pm and he doesn’t know who told me that they would do this as the first job of the day but they are incorrect, give it 1h 30 and he’ll call the fitter to see what’s happening” called them at 11:45 to see what time the fitter is arriving to get “he’s loading the carpet onto his vehicle he’ll be 5 minutes” cue the fitter arriving at 12:35pm with no idea I got told to be first drop. Thankfully it was sunny as the fitter arrived in an estate car with the carpet on the roof (turns out he’s sub contracted) so no harm done to the carpet and the fitter was very nice and chattyIf they tell you a time you may as well ignore it and take the full day off work as it now seems obvious that Ted only wanted the commission for the sale and would say anything to get it as they will double book you with other jobs and not communicate to other sales reps to organise deliveries.I will be using other companies in the future as this has now left a sour taste in my mouthOnly reason this is getting a 1 Star review is from my previous visit where Jackie served myself and my partner and the fitter Josh turned up on time and fitted my landing and stair case in a timely manner and the fitter from todays job was very apologetic for the mess that’s happened today as he wasn’t notified of any requested times

I can not recommend these guys enough! They are fantastic. They sell great quality carpet at a fair price and have loads of roll ends sold at a brilliant price that were perfect for our small rooms. We had an issue with one of the roll ends whereby it was measured a meter short and we unfortunately found out when we went to fit it but George (I think his name was) was super helpful and kind and told us to bring it back to find something else. The store didn’t have any other roll ends the right size for us but we were offered some off the role. I highly recommend this company - great customer service. We got 2 sets of Lino and 2 sets of carpet.

We ordered some vinyl flooring for our campervan from here. The shop staff were friendly and very helpful (I think Jackie dealt with my order) and the price was excellent too. Everything arrived quickly once ordered too. Can't fault them. Thanks again everyone!

We have had flooring fitted - really large area - kitchen, dinning and hall. The owners Ady and Sangita fantastic to deal with and most helpfull. They took the time to help me chose and excellent visuals. The flooring arrived on time , fitted in the time we agreed, checking in we were happy , fitter was really friendly, good at his job. Even better good price . I would definitely highly recommend using them and most certainly use again. Joanne
