Very unwelcoming group of people, all eating lunch when I arrived. Looked very put out that I had come into their open reception. I waited. One mechanic went down to talk to a customer about their vehicle. I than asked him about my problem. A simple broken door handle on the van. Constantly asked me who had done it (as if that matters) went on about how difficult it was, it would take him all day to strip it down, difficult job.I was happy not to leave my vehicle with them.Went to another garage on Kent coast, totally different, welcoming, booked it in for next day, took 2hours to fix. No problems.
