If it was up to me they would receive no star!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!! There so expensive especially as they can’t even put one colour of nail polish on your nail without painting your fingers too… they can’t do designs on nails, all nails look a mess and totally different… a child could do a better job… all the staff talk among themselves while doing nails in there own language also laughing making costumers feel uncomfortable… they don’t really communicate with the customer & get frustrated as they can’t paint a basic nail and end up covered in nail polish themselves…. You end up with cuts all over your fingers no apology… can’t paint a basic nail.. can’t do designs…. Have conversations in there own language…. Rude…. They don’t care about the customer or the quality of the job they just want your money!

DO NOT GO HERE. Treated disgusting. Nails are the worst I've ever seen. I was told it would take 30 minutes for a simple polish. 1hr 20 minutes later this was the result. When I said I was unhappy, I'd be embarrassed walking around with them on and needed it off they asked if I'd like them done again to which I said I didn't have time. Then was told I must pay £10 for the removal. Staff are ignorant and a toddler could do better nails. Save your time and money. Nails and spa dalry are the best in Edinburgh.

Sorry wouldnt return,, NO customer service spoke to 1 another in their own language CONSTANTLY which I find very insulting, only spoke to me to say done at the endshop is set out lovely and extremely clean so it's a shame that they treat there customers ONLY as £££££sconstant stream off customers so the place is busy but it won't stay that way if customers feel uncomfortable as I did"
