As always, excellent customer service. Central heating pump died on us and the company was with us the next day (a Friday) to evaluate the problem. Engineers were absolute gentlemen. Due to the weekend the rectification work couldn't be done straight away but wary that our only source of hot water was not available, a call on the following Monday confirmed that the next day the job would be done. And it was with minimum fuss, great comms and no mess. Sorted .... Again. Many, Many Thanks.

If you question the quality of their work they are rude and nasty.I should have learnt from the first experience I had with them years ago when they got very aggressive after doing a very poor job fitting a new central heating system that never properly warmed the place up. I would never use them again they are a horrible company to deal with.

Had them come out form the east riding what sent to use unfortunately there cba to look at the leaking loo form the bottom and never rally dome out with the heating
