I have been training with with Dave for two months and the results so far have been fantastic. He is an extremely knowledgable and professional trainer but also a really nice guy, which makes the sessions so relaxed and enjoyable. Most importantly, he knows how to motivate clients after a bad week without being judgmental in any way. His diet advice is excellent and he is always committed to proper technique and safety in the gym. Would fully recommend Dave to clients of all ages, no matter what their goal is.

I trained with Dave for around 6-8 weeks in preparation for a holiday to Ibiza. In this short time span he enabled me to lose 14lbs and drop almost 6% body fat. He provided me with an easy to follow training programme as well as detailed calorie/macronutrient goals to keep me accountable. Could not recommend FitPower more if you’re looking to make that lifestyle change.

Started training with David September 2016. Had aways struggled to put weight on and had always had a naturally skinny body shape. My lifestyle at the time was as any young lad casually eating out on weekends, as well as a few alcoholic drinks.I had gained knowledge about training from doing sports courses myself, but couldn’t work out where I was going wrong when training as I was seeing little progress. Once I heard that David was a PT I knew that he would have more advanced knowledge an experience than I did an could help me out where I was going wrong.Previously training by myself I had tried to bulk up muscle mass whilst still staying lean, I tried doing this with weight training. Until seeing Dave I never had a proper training program.The variety of training, the challenges Dave sets for you and the ability to see progress through the workouts, is what I enjoy most about having Dave as my Pt. He also makes you feel as comfortable as possible when training. He has gave me knowledge on diet and what foods I should be eating, whilst still being able to have the balance of social life when it comes to weekends.More than satisfied with the results and the progress pictures show the difference he’s made with me. Don’t see an end to the personal training experience, I have stayed training with Dave for 6 years now and don’t see when I will stop. He’s still able find challenges for me to progress, changes training program to when my personal targets change such as bulking up to then leaning out.

I started on my fitness journey with Dave back in 2022. I wanted to become stronger, leaner and more confident with my body. I was aware that this transition would be more than just training in the gym but a sustainable lifestyle change.I decided to reach out as I felt stagnated with my training. I needed real direction and accountability. I had previously tried fasting and various diets, but none that were sustainable with my lifestyle.I really enjoyed training with Dave, his knowledge is really second to none. I learnt so much about training and nutrition. Dave tailored a personal training plan to ensure I met my goals. Dave also helped design a customised diet plan and was there to keep me accountable at all times. I couldn’t recommend Dave enough.

I have been training with Dave for about 5 months and am really happy with the results.I’ve been training using the hybrid method, a mix of face-to-face sessions and working out alone.The face-to-face time with Dave in the gym has really helped me learn about training and exercise. I have been going to the gym since I was 16 so as a 28 year old struggling for motivation I decided to look for a personal trainer. When I met David he was really welcoming and understood my journey and where I wanted to go. As someone who has been the gym before, I was surprised at how much David taught me and helped me gain my love for exercising again. I am loving the journey so far and would highly recommend David to anyone.

When I first started with Dave I didn’t really know what I wanted / what I was doing. I knew I was looking to improve my fitness and how I look but didn’t know how to go about it.I’m so glad I reached out to Dave when I did. He made me feel at ease straight away and helped me realise exactly what it was I was looking for.I’d tried to go it alone before and do my own thing but Dave really helped me hone in on what I could do to improve things. He helps with everything to do with health; including workouts, diet and general lifestyle.The style of training with Dave is really effective. He keeps me focused on my goals but not in a pushy way and is so encouraging and helpful throughout. He’s so approachable and makes the whole fitness / personal training experience seamless.Currently I’m training for my wedding with Dave and couldn’t recommend him highly enough. I’m well on my way to achieving my goals and will definitely continue to use his service in the future. Thank you!

I’ve been going to sessions with Dave over the past 4 years and can honestly say he is the best I’ve worked with. He takes the time to set out a realistic but challenging plan to meet your goals and provides constant support throughout. He is technically strong and is committed to making sure you stay on track. He has built his own app which sets out guided sessions to help you stay on plan through the week when you don’t have a session booked in with him. This links to other fitness tracking apps so Dave can help with and oversee your macro goals and targets. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Before I trained with David, I was unhappy with how I looked but felt as though I was doing everything to get in shape so I decided to get a PT and found FitPower. Best decision i ever made as David was able to highlight were I was going wrong in the gym and with my diet. After training for a few months with David, I was in the best shape I had ever been in and I definitely couldn't have done it without him. The sessions are hard work but they are fun as David mixes it up with different work outs and I always come away from a session feeling better about myself. I would definitely recommend David, he is knowledgeable, professional and an all round nice lad.
