Always brilliant. So pleased to go back finally. I've used them for 6 years and never had a problem!the best place in Rainham.

Best nail place. I came with my friend and the staff were extremely friendly and were extremely helpful with explaining nail care and how to look after them. Staff were very friendly and lovely to talk to. Will start coming here from now on.

My nails are always so well shaped! I've been a few places and this is my favourite. This is the only place that has shaped my nails all evenly. I really love the service and quality.

My daughter had her nails done here seemed good at 1st after she had left she found her nails a little too long for work, so the next morning went back and asked if they would mind making them a little shorter. They where very rude to her and proceeded to chop them so sort that there was no point in her having acrylics. Completely wasted her money! My other daughter also went on the same morning to have her acrylics removed and they have left her with wafer thin nails that bend if you lightly touch them. Will never use again that was our 1st and last time

I am really happy with the quality of my nails and the attention to detail of the nail technicians. I went to a nearby salon that did a really poor job of overlay and gels, but Nailspa did a much much better job. My nails look beautiful and the owner is friendly in there, thank you so much! I’ll be back.

Very rude when I didn't understand what to do (I'm hearing impaired and told them this, made no difference) and sat there shaking his head at me in front of other customers.I left feeling very embarrassed.Also, a nail broke as soon as I got home but there was no way I was going to return for a repair! Poor service and quality all round. I'd give no stars if there was an option to.

Highly recommend, staff are friendly and skilled. Lovely experiance!

● DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP● ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIED WITH THE SERVICE OF A SIMPLE NAIL REMOVAL HAS LEFT MY NAILS SO SORE IM LEFT WITH PAPER THIN NAILS AFTER REMOVAL, The MAN was useing a dirty file on multiple people! He was fileing my natural nails so thin it actually hurt and i had to stop him! They are bending as I'm using them.I had to ask him to to do the basic things that consists of his job. after fileing them they are so sore i told him to stop and i didn't want the new set.!!! ABSOLUTELY disgusting behavior! After the horrifying service he done i paid and literally RUN out of shop.ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK .Dirty surroundings! Nothing was cleaned! DIRTY file's everywhere!0Stars
