I have had to call on Steve for 2 relatively urgent jobs & he arrived quickly & sorted the problems straight away. As a result he has now done a complete new boiler installation & relocation/renewal of radiators. He was able to book the job in within a prompt time frame to work around my needs & happily worked around other trades who had over run. His quote was competitive & I am more than happy with the work done. Steve will always be my 1st call for any heating/plumbing needs & I highly recommend him.

Booked an appointment for 2pm today, needed a service done prior to my house move so time is of the essence. Nobody turned up, no phone call to explain why. Tried to call two or three times with no answer.Best to look elsewhere.Edit: They did turn up in the end - was very late and would of appreciated a call to let us know. It is always irritating when companies do not value the time of their customers. Nevertheless, I have upgraded to 2* because they did make it in the end.

We have been using SG Plumbing for almost 15 years now, spanning 2 large houses. He has installed new radiators, boilers pipework, renovated an old system, serviced our systems and generally looked after us. One December, he stayed until 11pm to ensure we had hot water and heating, which was well and above the call of duty. Steve has been our saviour on at least 2 occasions, hence we thoroughly recommend him.

We had so much faith in Steve to install our bathroom. What he did install was good but he wouldn’t ever book in in advance and has now clearly walked off the job after not replying to my messages. His constant complaining of our chosen bathroom, we did everything he asked us to do to prepare and was very patient with him. He has knowingly left us high and dry without a toilet with a very young family. This has been going on for over 8 weeks now. Found someone else to complete the job who is appalled by how you have treated us.
