Had a fantastic experience as a first time property viewer with Leaders. I was lucky enough to be shown around a flat by Simon - he was friendly, honest about issues I might come up against, and very communicative and receptive to any questions I had. I’m particularly nervous about property rental after nightmares with other estate agents, but my experience with Simon has led me to pursue a property with Leaders after all. Highly recommend

I recently let out a flat with the Leaders Gunwharf team and so far very happy with the service.Simon is a pro and was really helpful, detailed and thorough in answering any initial questions I had. He was very efficient with the set up, wasting no time in getting the property listed. He's very knowledgeable with the Eastside Plaza development. Also was able to offer competitive rates.Harpreet is enthusiastic, helpful, hardworking, and was very responsive with the tenant find. She kept me up-to-date throughout the process and clearly did a great job as we successfully found a tenant for the property within days of listing!I have no hesitation recommending the team at Leaders Gunwharf.

When Jo (Josette) took over as the agent selling our property we were very impressed, she as proactive, responsive and supportive. Although the services was ok prior to this change, Jo's communication was a great deal better and she worked with us every step of the way. If she had worked with us from the start I would be giving 5 stars.

Leaders dealt with the sale of my late brothers apartment, and as I live up in the Lake District, it was difficult for me to keep going down to Portsmouth. I found Leaders to be very professional and I could completely trust them with the whole process, which made things easier. Their communication was great to, advising me of the progress at each stage. I would highly recommend. Many thanks, leaders you made a difficult time a little easier.

Happy to write this review. The service and support provided by the Leaders are great. I have been with them for the past 1 year, it goes smooth and supportive. Recently i had maintenance issue in my apartment, the way and time taken to resolve my issue was great and awesome. I would like to Thank Leigh Dawes-Property maintenance manager who was supportive and resolved the issue in short period.

My partner and I have rented with Leaders for what will elapse as our 3rd year in May 2022 and we can’t fault them. When we decided in early 2021 that we would look for a new flat, we immediately looked with Leaders, and found our new flat that we viewed on March 10 2021, and moved in to just 8 weeks later thanks to Jack Reid and Simon Gardner. Simon has worked with myself and my partner from the beginning of our first tenancy with Leaders in 2019 and Jack was amazing in ensuring that we secured our new home, and made sure that everything we needed was there and everything we wanted to do was possible. Thank you Leaders Gunwharf! Would always highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Gunwharf.

If I could leave zero stars I would. As a general advice point Google reviews are unverified so be very suspicious of 5 star ratings. Avoid as a tenant, I can't comment much due to a potential upcoming court case, but honestly save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

Fantastic service at Leaders Gunwharf Quays! I had terrible service and complete client disregard at other letting agencies, so I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with this branch! I was assisted by Jack, who promptly answered any question I had, very professional and provided very good service in assisting me with renting a property. Would recommend!
