I first met Jocelyn when she gave a ReviveRenew talk to the members at our sister sheds group. Her bubbly and enthusiastic personality was easy to like as was her amazing knowledge about women , especially as we get older. I was at a low point both mentally and physically around this time , which was mainly due to menopause , Covid , weight gain and grieving someone that was very dear to me . I contacted Jocelyn and signed up for food coaching with only the weight loss in mind. After an in-depth conversation about a lot of things, she concentrated firstly on my diet. Personally ,I thought that I ate healthily and didn’t foresee what was about to happen. Within 2-3 weeks I had more energy and mentally was beginning to feel stronger. Initially, I signed up for a month but I was feeling so good and wanted to make sure I was completely in the habit of being more aware of how I felt and the change to my body convinced me that I needed to sign up for a second month. I can only say I feel like a new person, more energetic ,positive and able to deal fully with everyday issues. I cannot recommend Jocelyn and ReviveRenew more !

I've recently come back from a 7 day Camino trip with Jocelyn and Bob and they took such good care of us, so much advice and kindness. The trip was so uplifting I couldn't recommend them enough they deserve 5 stars. I met some lovely like minded people. I would definitely sign up with them to do another camino walk.

I’ve attended a couple of Revive Renew events and all have been amazing. Joss goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and at ease. I have thoroughly enjoyed each event and met some fantastic people in the process. Can’t recommend highly enough.

The most amazing weekend in Mayo with a amazing group. I have done a canal cruise too with Jocelyn. My next retreat is Barcelona. Cannot recommend revive renew enough. 100% from start to finish. Amazing food, amazing meditation, reiki, chats n laughs.

One of the best decisions I have ever made was hooking up with (revive renew) I found the group online and started with monthly hikes and canal cruises which are fab!The Camino experience was just magical, much more than I could have ever thought.Our tour guides joselyn and Bob were absolutely amazing.They had every single thing organised to perfection.All the little touches and motivational chats.They made disconnecting from technology so easy for us and easy to connect with nature and be present while they had everything taken care of.I have made lovely friends within the groupWe all had a great time and shared the sense of achievement that comes along the way.Joselyn and Bob had so much knowledge from experience and some really interesting information and the conversations were lovely with some personal stories that I would never have heard anywhere else.Revive renew added an amazing element to the journey they now have us hooked! And we will definitely be doing more Caminos with joselyn and Bob (Bobelyn) the laughs we all had and memories that I will be forever grateful for.We can’t wait for the next one already!!Sinead & David

Just had an amazing weekend in Wicklow. Hiking, aromatherapy, reiki and life coaching it was a life changing adventure. The hosts spoiled us rotten we got five star treatment for whole weekend. The food was so healthy and tasty from homemade granola and compote to lasagne, fresh soups and wraps. I’ve met so many lovely new and like minded friends. I cannot recommend ReViveReNew enough.
