Bibs Polishers Jewellery Workshop

Took my Tiffany necklace here on Wednesday and picked it up on Friday, the chain snapped off. The repair is excellent, the people in Bibs are very nice. Definitely recommend Bibs.

They wanted to charge me £40 per gram for 9ct yellow gold casting (which is MORE THAN DOUBLE the spot price of 9ct gram of gold - which is approximately £17.31 today) and £75 per gram for 18ct yellow gold casting. These casting prices are so overpriced it's laughable. I won't return again because it's obvious my business isn't wanted here. But I believe in kindness and I thought it would be kind to share this information to other customers so they don't get ripped off here as well and also as a warning to staff who work here and think it's okay to take advantage of customers by charging almost double the price. I have attached a quote below of the prices (pounds) they charge per casting for yellow gold, white gold and platinum. My advice is to look for other casters and compare the prices to see how truly ridiculous these prices are.Assalamu Alaykum akhis"."

Was looking to get engagement ring resized and ring size for me. Gentleman was very friendly and informative and advised not to get resized (as in between two sizes). Good honest advice, really appreciated it.

A very professional, person first business. I can tell they value honesty and integrity as their core values.I went there recommend by other jewellers in the area to get my glasses fixed as the arm had snapped. At first they weren’t sure if it was fixable and 2 minutes later good as new!They didn’t even charge me or ask for anything. I was very blown away with how quick and how professional they were as no optician/other repair service was able to help me. 10/10.

These guys have such amazing customer service, I couldn't recommend them enough! I am very new to the industry and one of those incredibly annoying customers who doesn't know what they are doing and inadvertently takes a lot of time. These guys have been so helpful, so polite, nothing is too much trouble for them and have made the process so much easier for me. They are super proactive, made some great suggestions for how to finish my pieces and have great attention to detail. They are also super lovely and friendly! Would highly recommend!

Trustworthy efficient kind and diligent. Every item is photographed as it’s taken in for security which is unique I believe for workshops in Hatton garden…prices are fair and transparent…a pleasure to deal with and a breeze for fine craftsmanship… highly highly recommended….

Very helpful, friendly and honest. They sized up, added some metal and polished a ring that my mother bought me when I was 11. Very happy with it and a reasonable price too.

Bibs Polishers was recommended to me and they did not disappoint. They resized and cleaned an old ring that belonged to my grandfather. It looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend for jewelry cleaning and repair.
