Tiffany is a wonderful physio. She is patient and knowledgeable, up to date on all the current research and studies and is always a pleasure to train and rehab with. I had a pretty severe ankle sprain, couldn't even weight bear, and she has got me back to running 5K, plus being stronger and fitter than I was before. She writes detailed programs, checks in with you, and is accommodating with appointment times. I highly recommend her, she is fabulous!!

She displays a high degree of professionalism and knowledge, always giving 100% when working with clients. I've been going to Tiffany for quite some time and she is an excellent therapist and highly professional.She takes the time to understand you and your sport, what movements you're doing a lot of and how that's impacting how the body feels. I always feel better after the sports massage and its one of the main reasons I was able to keep up a high volume of training by having regular massages to help with recovery. Highly recommend!

Tiff is fantastic. She is always very professional and is extremely knowledgeable. The experience she has gained in working with different sports teams really translates into her practice. She tailors sessions to each individual and I always leave with a greater understanding of my injury and how to prevent it from recurring. I have had a long standing shoulder injury that has never truly been 100% despite other treatments. Tiffany spent time checking all ranges of motion and getting to the route of the weaknesses and stability issues causing the injury. Following treatments the shoulder is starting to recover, in conjunction with the rehab exercises provided aiding the healing process.
