1 star on this occasion due to the staff forgetting to complete my order and I had to remind him due to him being more busy on his mobile chit chatting !This shop needs to reduce its premium price if the standard is this low ! when the lady is present the food/service is great. If you don't see her then move on my suggestion "Quick to take your money these Indian people !"

Waited nearly 3 hours for the delivery from Manchester to preston was suppose to reach us at 1:45am didn't arrive until 3:30.The driver had an odd smell which stuck to the bag and I could still smell it on the morning after.Staff not that helpful eventually blocked my number because I wanted to find out about the driver and I wanted sleep.

Food took over 2 hours to arrive on Justeat, lady on the phone was rude and had an attitude, other guy hung up on me after I rang for an update. Pancakes were cold and soggy, the slush was liquid. Would NOT recommend. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Place needs shutting down.

Ordered at 2am, didn’t arrive until 6am. Called them multiple times and was rudely told the driver was on their way every time. Not sure how a 20 minute drive turned into a 4 hour one. Didn't get the food as I’d already waited 2hrs before going to sleep but I’m assuming it would’ve gone through the whole decomposition cycle by the time it arrived. Abysmal service.

Ordered at 3am becouse it said delivery in 25-30 mins on just eat, heard nothing until I got a phone call at 6:20am waking me up then another phone call at 6:40 guys at my door with some random food I remotely what I ordered absolute joke the guys left me the food saying its free and ill get refunded but we will see, but its not even apatising its some sweaty chips and a burger in a bin bag I'm actually in disbelief at what's happened I ordered a hot chocolate and cookie dough its laughable

Cake Away Didsbury. Food didn't turn up 2 hours after ordering. Called them to chase this up and the woman on the other end of the phone just kept hanging up while talking to her colleague about the driver, 'Mo' not being here yet. Loads of bad reviews on Just Eat about the same issues.

I ordered strawberries dipped in chocolate around £7.00 I only got 5 I could do the same at home for less then £7.00 bit of a silly price the smoothie was okay I guess you can’t go wrong with that. But the worst part was the can I ordered for £3.60 wow for a can honestly the price I can get a bottle for £3.00 and the time it took to come to mine it was definitely false advertisement please sort your pricing out.

Food was due to arrive for 10pm. At midnight the food still hasn’t arrived. I have rang the number available which is of the restaurant itself and the staff member has stated he is nearby and on his way 3 times in the last hour. The third time she was just rude and said ‘I don’t know why you’re ringing me’ like I’m meant to have the drivers personal number. The food arrived cold and bananas and waffle soggy. Very very poor service unfortunately. This place has definitely deteriorated over the past few years. Would NOT recommend at all.What a waste of money.

if i could give 0 stars, i would do.placed my order at exactly 21:59pm, told to expect delivery between 10:25-45. Waited and waited til the estimated delivery time and saw it said “enjoy your order”zero communication from the store, waited again for another hour and at 12pm!! it finally arrived, cold, missing half of what i ordered and a complete waste of money and the restaurant refuse to give me a refund due to “bad weather” unbelievable. Scam artists.

Genuinely horrendous. Ordered at 01:20 didn’t arrive til 03:20 when we all wanted to be asleep. Rang the store 9 times and was only answered twice to be told ‘the driver is nearby’ or ‘I’ll call the driver’. The woman who answered became increasingly impolite over time as if it’s my fault that the shop is incompetent. Driver was useless and drove too fast to even look at door numbers so I spent a good 5 minutes directing him down my terrace which is not even a tenth of a mile long. Everything that was supposed to be hot arrived cold which stuck the nail in the coffin.
