Went to greggs in sainsbury December 2nd 9 15 poor service. only one serving fifteen people in front of me left after 10 minutes waiting.

Called in this Greg's today, the sandwich I wanted wasn't available on the shelves but staff said they would make me one. I did have a bit of wait but the lady serving customers, Maryanne was veryapologetic and even gaveme a voucher for a free cuppa on my next visit. I also noticed how lovely she was to all the customers she served. Lovely to experience such good customer service.

Generally speaking, when they actually have the items available, it’s usually a quick and accurate service.Somehow managed to send a pasty instead of a sausage roll despite putting a mark next to it on the receipt to show it’s been checked. Not entirely sure how they got confused.Also missed 2 items with no check mark next to them on the receipt. What’s the point of this system if they don’t understand how it works themselves?

Hate the way you buy what looks like a nice filling sandwich only to find out you have conned as all the filling is on the outside and the inside is just full of lettuce

Lovely, never had a problem with this Branch, far better than the one located in Crystal Peaks. It’s clean, has Extremely nice Staff! Lovely experience, always stocked up. Even has a toilet! Which is something that many Greggs don’t have. I can visit here 3-4 times a week and it’s the best Greggs around!

We always drive specifically to this Gregg's because the food is always absolutely amazing and there is always more choice. You're more likely to find that everything is always stocked up here than other Gregg's in the area. Staff are absolutely lovely, can't complain at all about the price. The southern friend chicken baguette is delicious as are the mexican chicken wraps I usually buy to take to work for my dinner break. Nice amount of indoor and outdoor seating too.

Lovely staff and love the food. Had hot chocolates, pizza pieces for the twins which were larger than we expected and absolutely delicious, and caramel custard donut for me, an ideal pick me up. The lovely lady also did me a sausage roll pack as they'd run out of the prepared ones.

Nice staff me and my partner go there on a little coffee date every morning when we get a day of work the only hikup is she says the croissants are to doughy on the inside other than that full gold stars
