do not use this company i went to try and get shared care with my son as me and the ex fell out, i was told there was no chance i would not get it if i went with them after about 4 months and 3,000 it eventually ended up in court, shazana then told me i would be better off with a barrister at the last minute, that cost me another 1,000 and guess what i still never got shared care i only managed to get what i originally had 2 expensive and no results stay clear!!!

Lovely staff can't say the same for solicitors as what a difference a few years make. This house sale has turned out to be dreadful using Appleby Hope and Matthews. Very badly organised service been 5 months to buy a house no onward chain will be last time I use them. Been great in the past no compassion they are aware my client is 9 months pregnant and were asked to have completed October/ November. It's now December no further forward poor communication how things have changed.

After agreeing to take my family law case they did not contact me when arranged and then did not return my calls. I also later found out that the information they gave me was incorrect. A terrible service which caused me a lot of unnecessary stress

I PHONED THESE SOLICITORS IN MARCH 2021, I'M STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO RING ME BACK OVER CUSTODY ISSUE'S & NOT 1 CALL BACK FROM THEM. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, MINUS 1000 OUT OF 1

As good as solicitors get likely - they only missed out the 'Terms and Conditions of business' until after the work was complete. Still - decent enough and you do not pay for overly expensive offices (they aren't) as a client and is on a bus route with off-road parking so accessible.
