Kevin is invaluable as a therapist and I can't thank him enough for his kindness, generosity and selflessness; making it possible for me to get help when I really needed it. Kevin went above and beyond at every session and responded gracefully, passionately and without judgement to my strongly opinionated and harsh view of life, my limiting beliefs and negative thinking patterns, all of which were causing me to feel that life wasn't worth living. My sessions with Kevin have beyond doubt brought me out of my self destruct mode and given me back control of myself and my life again, giving me the strength to see positivity and possibilities whereby I previously only saw negativity and problems.The word Education" comes from the Latin "Educo" which means "to change from within". Kevin didn't give me a "quick fix" instead he educated me

I have suffered anxiety for over 20 years and have never found anything that worked to the extent of these sessions.Kevin was amazing and helped me look at the bigger picture and find ways to start believing in myself and pushing through situations that make me anxious.I have found a massive improvement in my everyday activities , self belief and dealing with overwhelm. I know look for positives rather than worst case scenarios and lessons instead of regret.Thank you Kevin and would recommend this to anyone who suffers anxiety and is held back with it in any area of their life.

Kevin has helped me enormously. I have lived with anxiety for years, never thinking I would ever be able to feel 'normal'. Kevin helped me understand why I was feeling the way I was, and taught me the skills to help myself to change my thoughts and feelings. He is very straight to the point, which is definitely needed, sometimes too much sugar coated chat isn't a good thing!Kevin just makes you really think about things differently and he makes so much sense in everything he says. You will find yourself wondering why you allowed yourself to be so hard on You!Kevin has a gift in what he does, and I cant thank him enough for helping me to see that life can be good. Absolutely fantastic! Kevin is an amazing person who is straight talking, so helpful and gives you a clear perspective and outlook. He has great understanding and knowledge and I have learned so much over just 4 weeks! I cant wait to attend his Anxiety - its time to go event in Glasgow. I think everyone, whether you are suffering from depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts or not should attend. Having those skills and insight to techniques, will not only help ourselves, but our friends, family and children which I think is crucial in todays world.Totally recommend 100%

Can't speak highly enough of kevin what a fantastic guy. I went to kevin because for years I was stuck in the same old rut wouldn't go over the door just happy in my own we bubble would cancel appointments constantly wouldn't go nights out nothing kevin made me open my eyes to what was going on around me and that life is for living. Since seeing kevin I am out and about a lot more I no what I want in life I feel I focused . No negative thoughts feelings or emotions he is amazing at what he does . Anyone struggling with anxiety give him a call you won't regret it !! 10 out of 10!!

I just finished my last session with Kevin at the end of last week and the difference in my mental health from when I first started has been huge! I’ve gained so much clarity about things that I was confused about for a long time and I generally just have much more self belief and feel more confident in myself and my decisions than I probably ever have. Plus he is very down to earth, approachable and funny too which made me feel more comfortable about getting help. Definitely recommend Kevin if you are looking to make changes in your life!

I was very sceptical about the claims before attending with my daughter. My daughter was going through a really hard time in school and out. She was being bullied and her confidence was at an all time low. We met with Debbie and she was fantastic. After 6 sessions my daughter began to change into the confident, happy young girl she once was. I don't know how this worked, but it did. Money well spent. Thanks Debbie from the tree surgeon and his 15yr old daughter, you're amazing X

I went to Serenity by Kevin in 2021 seeking help for crippling anxiety. I was struggling to leave the house and didn't want to speak to anyone. I googled for help and found Serenity by Kevin. I was hesitant but knew I needed help. I booked a consultation and Debbie put my mind at ease and I decided to go ahead and get help. I met with Kevin and even after the first session I felt my anxiety was at an all time low. I left the session that day feeling like I never had any intrusive thoughts or that anxious feeling in my stomach. I even drove to the shops. One year later, Since my sessions, I have successfully changed job & have even been on numerous holidays, alone & with family, something I thought would never have been possible. My life has changed for the better. I can't thank Debbie & Kevin enough for everything they have done for me, I would (and have done) recommend to anyone struggling with anxiety, take the leap today and tomorrow will seem much brighter.

I cannot recommend Kevin enough.
