How anyone can have a bad word to say about Bob and his family run business is beyond me.They were nothing but kind and professional from start to finish.I wish more businesses were run this way, good, honest, brilliant customer service.We were always welcome and greeted with a smile and a wave.Our things were kept safe and with stored with care.When it came to leaving they gave us money back for the dates we'd paid for that we didn't need - no other company would do this.They were just wonderful and I would recommend Gloucester self storage to everyone!!

We used Gloucester Self Storage in 2015 and they were just amazing, we plan to use them again when we move in July this year (even though there are storage places much nearer to where we live!) - we loved their friendliness, service and attention to detail and can't recommend them highly enough

Highly highly recommend this family run business, there was such an eye for detail and personal touches that made it far nicer to use their storage than larger faceless brands. If you live near Gloucester, this is the storage for you and its better value. Very good service!
