Superior Decking Skegness

The decking I had from Superior Decking was very good, no problems, but when it come to the shed that I purchased last September for £700 I have had nothing but problems with James not answering any emails phone calls messages. The shed was too small for my scooter, so they took the door and a panel away and get the Skoter in but I can’t get out once the Skoter is in so I have asked for a refund and to remove the rest of the shed. The shed was not delivered until the 2nd of May this year not happy with this company at all over the shed, can’t fault, the Veranda

These guys did a great job of decking at one of my caravans and now they are going to do the same at my lodge. The quality of product and work is brilliant. Punctual, friendly yet very professional. Thanks for all you have done :)UPDATED!I have now had these guys come to my new property to put up a new veranda complete with 4' tinted glass (so the dog doesn't try to jump it) and hot tub. Its not finished yet but when it is I will put photos up. The quality is stunning!

I had arranged over 2 months ago for Superior Decking to come and remove my decking from my caravan to hold and sell in the summer. They never contact people back, tell lies and make excuses. Avoid these people at all costs.

Pros, got our decking done eventually and well worth the wait, looks beautiful, had a couple of issues which were dealt with straight away so impressed with that.Cons, Still waiting for gravel to be put down which would give finishing touch, not a company who talk to you and explain what the hold up is, cost a fair bit to have done so would have thought it would be finished off.

Had veranda on our park home added another room looks amazing great value hard working that's why they are called superior decking by design if you have decking have superior decking James and staff very helpful

James and the Guy's worked through the worst weather to make sure we got our decking up and ready for next year. Will cwrtainly recommend them. Kim Turner

Pre service was excellent. Looking at what we could have, planning. Payment I promptly did and was easy to do; 9th August 2023.Then it kinda went wrong from there... still waiting for decking 7 weeks later. 4 failed dates. 2 as delays re weather, 1 cancelled day as we could do after them booking on day we said could not do! 1 day was today and didn't turn up to do my job though I was told Friday am, did another persons, then said we're going to do mine in the pm: that did not happen either. So we wait for 5th attempt day to be booked...Sad and disappointed with our experience as they came so highly recommended. So lack of communication in when it's going to be done, no apologies for delay either, despite 3 emails and texts to ask about what is going on!?Will update when /if it gets done.We were here for two weeks and next time down to close up for winter. I would not have done it if I had known; the original plan was next year.
