Shaun really knows his stuff and is sorting my hot tub out even though I bought it elsewhere. Has everything you need to maintain it and explained stuff to me that I should have been told when the other company installed mine.

Very knowledgeable and has all the time in the world for you , even though I didn't buy my hot tub from here , however I upgrade every 3 to 4 years and my next tub is for sure from here as all tubs are real American manufactured and high quality , stay away from the hot tub superstore at all cost there tubs now are assembled in the USA but trust me all Chinese and Mexican junk , and they just fob you off when there is problems

All the way through our thoughts on buying a hot tub , Sean never pushed any of his ideas on us !! He was more than happy to allow us to view the tubs and have a wet test to ensure we were happy ...No pushy sales at all and what he doesn’t know about a hot tub isn’t worth knowing ....We bought a Villeroy and Boch and are more than happy with our purchase . Sean spent time showing is how to set up and maintain our water levels , excellent service through out and after sales ...top class service SeanAlso excellent after service with the products our specific hot tub requires ...We would highly recommend Barnsley hot tubs ...thankyou Sean , Lisa and Chris
