Amazing vets always great with advice and always get you appointments fast. The girls are amazing. And Howie who helps with breeding side is so helpful he has given me so much advice and is there every step off the way to help. Honestly just a fantastic team off people I can’t fault them in any way. I have 3 dogs there and being going over 2 years and they are lovely people.

The worst vets I've ever been to. They told me to put my dog down because she lost the use of her back legs after a seizure. They said her only option was to see a specialist for over 10k. I went against what they said and now I'm banned from there vets. Storm is now fully recovered and living a good quality life still to this day. If it was for them storm would be in a box on my mantle piece. They say they care about dogs but there only driven about money.

Took my bear to rose valley to get a second opinion as my dog didn’t seem to be getting any better with my previous vet. After only 2 visits I have more of an idea what is going on with him. Lovely staff who genuinely care about animals. They actually listen to you and your concerns and take the time to explain everything properly to you. Think bear has found his forever vet. Thank you rose valley.

Absolutely amazing staff very professional in their attitude and the advice they offer, nothing is too much trouble. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Always manage to get an appointment without having to wait too long. I highly recommend this vets.

Brilliant, put Jym (dog) first at all times, saving me £3000 for the exact same surgery as the vets up the road.1st class pre / post operation service and attention.Excellent communication with full transparency, what more could we ask for??FAMILY RUN WITH FAMILY VALUES, not business run with corporate greed.

Moved to this vet practice last year I was interested to see if the service was as good this year as it was the first time and it definitely was. Fabulous care and attention to my elderly cat. Would certainly recommend.

1st class service 5* care & treatment for all my animals... lovely amazing staff the building is clean & fresh & theres an air of genuine care... I havent mentioned the prices but the cost Ive found so far is fab... I can't recommend Francescca & her lovely team enough... smaller is definitely greater than any big vetenary concern... so glad my furries are registered here x
