Chipotle Mexican Grill
Went in for a drunken burrito (wouldn't be the first time) and I couldn't fault it. The pork is juicy, the toppings flavourful with a slight kick and above all the service is extremely good. The guys in Chipotle are ever changing but always friendly.

Chipotle Mexican Grill
Coming from someone who frequents Chipotle in the US, the food at Chipotle in the UK is far fresher and higher quality. This location is no exception. The food is pretty good (it’s Chipotle, so) and the prices are pretty reasonable. Staff are pretty friendly and it’s in a good location!

Came in rather late for a cheeky takeaway. The two ladies who served me were really nice, despite they’re closing soon. But the lad that served me (wrapped my burrito) not only had a stinky little attitude, also mentioned to me that they’re closing soon, as if telling me to hurry up and pick the ingredients faster. Bruv, you’re working in hospitality, if you’re getting paid for those last 20 minutes of your shift, do your job properly, if you’re tired and can’t handle late night shift, ask your boss to do earlier hours, keep those attitudes to yourself isn’t it. A side note, the amount of beef you put in there is horrendous mate.

Ordered a chicken burrito, halfway through eating bit down on something extremely hard which I found to be a small piece of bone and caused damage and extreme pain to my tooth. Shocking.

Chipotle Mexican Grill
The restaurant is situated near Camden Passage. It was my first time ordering from Chipotle so it took a while to understand the process but the staff at the counter was super helpful and explained to me the different meat options and toppings I can choose. I ordered the rice bowl with beef, it was very flavourful with a slight kick. The portion is quite big and very filling. I was greeted by another member of staff when I finished my meal to ask if the food was alright. Very nice customer service experience, likely to come back again.

I ordered and the rice tasted undercooked , there was no sour cream in the burrito even though I asked for it , and I paid extra for some extra chicken which they didn’t add . I’ve had the same burrito at other branches so I know what extra chicken inside one of them looks like . Perhaps it was close to closing time and they were out of ingredients ? This isn’t rocket science you shouldn’t be able to mess up an order this bad . Staff need to pay attention to details . Will never be ordering from this branch again . Terrible experience
