I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the service Sparks Ellison team provided during my recent home buying experience. As a new resident who recently immigrated from Hong Kong to the UK, I didn't have much knowledge about the property buying and selling process here. However, thanks to their team's quick arrangements for property viewings and negotiation with the owner, the whole transaction process was taken care of smoothly, making me feel right at home.I was truly impressed by the team's responsiveness and attentiveness to my needs (esp. Ms Robinson & Mr. Bailey). They went above and beyond to ensure that I was well-informed and supported throughout the entire process. Their in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and their ability to find properties that perfectly aligned with my preferences and budget were remarkable.The level of customer service I received from Sparks Ellison was outstanding. They were always accessible, patient, and willing to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. We went with Sparks Ellison after having underwhelming experiences with other local estate agents, and are really glad that we did. Victoria managed our sale, and she went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. Sparks are great at matching people to houses that fit their needs, whereas we found that other estate agents seemed to show our property to people with no interest in our type of house or area. Victoria kept on top of the progress of our sale, chasing relevant parties and keeping us informed regularly. She is highly professional and efficient: we can't recommend her and Sparks Ellison highly enough.

I’ve never been made to feel more like a second class citizen than I have been by Debbie Darvill, lettings DIRECTOR at Sparks Ellison.First she tried to tell me that on both properties I wanted to look at, the landlords’ mortgage lender prohibited tenants with Universal credit.. (which mortgage lenders have been banned from doing for at least the last 5 years and any mortgages longer than that would have been automatically changed). Surely being a Director of lettings with years and years of experience, she would know that.I challenged this piece of information, only to then be told… “It’s these particular landlords prerogative to immediately discount people with benefits”!!!!Yes, landlords can chose their tenants, but it is against the law to immediately discount someone based on being in receipt of benefits.Again, I find it very bold that someone with such a distinguished career, can openly say that their clients are biased and openly discriminatory!!!!!!I guess Sparks Ellison just have a blanket policy of no benefits…..Next year I will be in a position to buy a property…. NOT FROM SPARKS ELLISON!!!

We recently purchased a property through Sparks Ellison. I cannot recomment this firm highly enough, prompt friendly and professional at every stage of the process. Of all the team, we were most impressed by Victoria Robinson - Sales Progression Manager - who, once our offer had been accepted and the chain formed, kept us up to date with progress and made us feel valued and at ease.

I engaged Sparks Ellison to sell my Mum's house after she had to move into a care home. Adam, Victoria and the rest of the team have been excellent throughout - very professional and supportive through this difficult time. Looking back, I especially appreciate the sensible, pragmatic advice that Adam gave me at the start of the process and the personal contact that I had with Victoria towards the end. As is to be expected when selling a house, there were a couple of hiccups, but they were quickly dealt with very well. Sparks Ellison have made a very stressful milestone so much easier. They were very professional from start to finish and so very helpful. They were great at opening up the communication between the solicitors and relaying information to myself. I would definitely recommend using them to anyone in the area.

Sparks Ellison is a big player in Chandlers Ford and we are so pleased that we used this leverage to sell our house. Although they are big in the area I felt there was a personal touch, from Mark Ellison, who really sold the service and market knowledge to us, through to Frazier, George and Chris who were brilliant in supporting the sale of the house and Victoria, who kept all the plates spinning when managing the relationship between solicitors, estate agents and buyers. Considering the very difficult market conditions Mark was there every step of the way to help us decide a plan, as things got tough. I can’t thank, all the team enough, in getting us to the finishing post.
