I really enjoyed freguenting this Costa oulet for the last couple of years but I can't comprehend or justify the high prices they have just recently implemented especially in the times we are living in with the cost of living etc. The Costa in the town centre is a lot cheaper so unfortunately, I will take my business there or elsewhere which is a shame as Rachel the staff member is so accommodating with the first class service she provides an absolute credit to the business.

The queue was very long we waited 20minutes to be served. There was no hot chocolate available. The card machine didn’t work. There were two people serving whilst the manager and another member of staff were in the back room talking instead of behind the counter getting the queue down and clearing tables. We will not to this costa again, as I am making this review customers are leaving from the queue.

I don't even know how to describe the snail's pace that operates in this branch.We were the only customers waiting, ordered a large cappuccino, waited 9 minutes while the 2 staff members chatted about what would happen if they were to ever run out of milk. I started to think they might have with the time it was taking.It took about 4 minutes just to take the order, while they were stood about seemingly not doing much of anything.To add insult to injury, we watched as one of the staff members picked his inner ear and then continued touching everything without washing his hands - ear wax, anybody?I think next time we'll just use the Costa machine in the Odeon - quicker and more hygienic.

Excellent quality but the price seems to have gone up hugely. Not sure if it's down to ODEON connection but over 16 quid for 2 coffees and toasties seems steep to me. Plenty of tables but not always the cleanest, could do with a regular wipe down. Can be a bit noisy when busier as the place seems to echo the sound. Still, enjoyable hour and the staff adxaleaysxare very friendly.

Been to this Costa today. Paid for 2 drinks, 2 toasted sandwiches and 2 cakes. Was advised by the staff that I would be called when it was ready. We sat waiting and then noticed the order was sat on the counter and no one had called us. Just as well we noticed or the drinks and toasted sandwiches would be going cold. I had paid for a Brie and cranberry toasted sandwich and it was runny on limp bread. I took it back and the mature lady very kindly replaced it with a cheese and tomato one which was great. The piece’s of cake however, were dry and hard round the edges. We would go again but only for a drink. Costa owe this to the lovely lady behind the counter

Great coffee, cakes and sandwiches available here. Parking is shocking on a match day. Can take a little while for them to clear tables here so is sometimes difficult to find a clean table. Other than that, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I'd go again

Theres a big were back ! welcome back sign on the roundabout and then when you pull into the car park and go to the door it's locked!! ... This Costa should really take there sign down if there not open!. Came to drop a family member off to have his vaccine at the stadium and thought oh I'll grab a coffee while I'm waiting 30 minutes... If Costa really want to improve business then they should have the door open when it says welcome back!! Won't be bothering with this Costa coffee again what a waste of time !!! Taking my business elsewhere!

A lot quieter compared to other costa branches which was nice because it felt calm and I didn’t feel to rushed with my order or to drink.Was a nice place to sit and wait with a drink before going into the cinema.Clean and comfortable.I gave one less star because I was given a latte in a take away cup even though I said i was staying in. The barista did apologise when he realised.
