I booked in for a Nano hair straightening treatment which took 4 hours , the whole experience was wonderful ! I was offered Tea , coffee , prosecco and snacks ,.my friend called in to see me while i was there and the staff also made her coffee!!! I highly recommed Cherise Amore ! Cherise and her team have got it nailed in in talent and customer service !

The staff at Cherise Amore are not only highly skilled hairdressers with up to date knowledge of the latest styles and products but also in my experience genuinely care about their clients needs and wellbeing from the moment you walk in and are greeted at reception. A modern, clean and comfortable environment with a professional booking system where you will not be let down. I have been to this salon several times for colour, cut and finish, eyebrow tint and have always left feeling wonderful. Extra thanks to Hayley who knows exactly how to treat my wild curly hair.

I was new to the area & looking for a new hair stylist so did a bit of homework and chose Cherise Amore. I am an anxious person and not a huge fan of going to the hairdresser but having recently gone from long to short hair, needed a decent & regular stylist that I could build a trusting relationship with. I also have Fibromyalgia and struggle to dye my hair independently due to my disabilities.Visit one with stylist Hayley was fab. Great cut & colour and I had an excellent experience.Visit two was a busy Saturday with Hayley again and I was located upstairs for a cut and colour. After an hour of sitting with colour on my hair and no staff coming upstairs, I rang reception to check if I had been forgotten. I had a poor experience with the customer service but again, a great cut & colour.Visit three, unfortunately I received a call one hour before my appointment to say my stylist, Hayley, was ill. As I needed my hair doing, I accepted to have my hair done by an alternative stylist (I think her name was Tracy). Excellent customer service provided but the stylist did not listen to what I wanted. I came away from the salon with a cut I did not like and also, a ring of dye around my forehead that I could not remove leading to me cancelling weekend plans out of embarrassment!Visit 4 - Another Saturday appointment with stylist, Hayley. On arrival, was sat in the chair and was settled in…… a junior was sent to advise Hayley I had arrived, as she was upstairs. 20 mins later I asked someone to remind her I was waiting. 40 mins later, I asked someone to check where my stylist, Hayley, was - by which point I’m in tears!!!! I was due to go out for a friend’s birthday celebration and I knew I’d now be late & my anxiety was through the roof!Owner, Cherise, brought over a box of tissues but no apology was offered. Hayley arrived stating she did not know I had arrived and was apologetic but by this point I just wanted to leave. I had my hair done but it just felt like an awful experience. No compensation/discount was offered for my inconvenience.I would not recommend the salon. I have been left feeling totally undervalued and ignored. It has taken me some time to find a platform for my review due to the reviewing system having been disabled on their Facebook page - my first visit was in February 2021 and my final visit was in September 2021, for reference.

Went here today after having my hair ruined by another salon, Tracy was lovely she cut it for me and saved my hair !! Looks amazing and feels it too !! Thankyou so much !! Will definitely be coming back here to have my hair done in future !!

I have used several hairdressers in Flint, Buckley and Mold and I can honestly say Cherise Amore is definitely the best ever. After visiting Cherise for the first time I actually had compliments on the way my hair was looked . Tracey is a superb stylist, although the rest of the hairstylist appear brilliant too. The staff are really helpful and friendly . Lovely happy relaxed atmosphere.

Arrived looking a mess and feeling tired. Leslie met me, gowned me and offered a coffee, tea, water and snacks. I had a wonderful couple of hours new colour, cut and blow dry. But best of all cherise and staff make it a relaxing time, nothing is to much trouble, a good laugh and chat.. I left feeling loads better and with a new colour and haircut. Cherise and staff you are just brilliant. Thank you.

I’ve used the Cherise Amore salon for years and can honestly say I’d never go anywhere else. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and it always feels like a treat to visit the salon. They all deserve their nominations to the Welsh National Hairdressing awards. Good luck ladies xx

I will be recommending Cherise Amore to all my friends and family! I wasn't happy with the shape of the cut, which was entirely my fault for not being clear about what I wanted. I phoned to ask if I could come back in and they were so nice! Booked me in the next day and the salon owner saw me herself, she was lovely. I came away extremely happy with the results, love my new hair cut and will definitely be using Cherise Amore from now on! Thank you!
