My daughter loves the drink and we went to selfridges for it but the customer service was shocking and not welcoming, my drink was extremely watered down with little bits of ice that came up the straw. Extra extra boba is worthwhile my daughter tells me.

The bubble tea and milk tea lacks flavour and the tapioca used is substandard.It's also not very sweet and has a distinct taste which is similar to matcha but on the bitter end.Tapioca is tasteless and does not contain any sugar or flavouring.Ultimately, really disappointed and to think I opted for Bubble amagik just to give it a chance when there is an Alley in Maddox street just 5 minutes away.Might be passable for tourists and first timers but if you have tasted quality boba then opt for the Alley in Maddox street.

The drinks lacked flavor and sweetness, so if you prefer a sweeter taste, make sure to request it. Additionally, the service felt robotic and could benefit from a more relaxed and welcoming approach.
