Tŷ Gwyn Holiday Cottage
A beautiful spacious property with lovely views. The hot tub and outdoor kitchen was a super area to use. (The only downside was a couple of issues with the showers, that I thought could have been resolved more quickly.) A good base for exploring Snowdonia and the surrounding villages. A very enjoyable week spent with our family.

Nice enough but there's a few things that I'd have changed, especially for the top end price. Bed was comfy enough, garden was big but over looked by car park etc so when in hot tub you could see everyone and they can see you, shame there's a big shed blocking your view over the hills too. No towels or welcome basket provided which would have been nice given its remote location, just tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc would have been really beneficial and the sort of thing I'd expect for the price. WiFi doesn't really work, signal is very poor all through the house, which makes using the TV tricky too as it's so glitchy. Dining table is hard to sit 4 ppl at due to where the table legs are and the sofa is uncomfortable. We still had a nice time and the hot tub itself is nice, just think those finishing touches would have made it worth the money.

Beautiful place to relax, glorious views across the valley. We had the two bedroom (Beudy) bungalow. Like brand new and tardis-like inside. Dog loved the adjoining enclosed grass area. We would live here in a heart beat given the chance.

Booked this place on a whim as covid cancelled my plans for this week which I'd been planning for 3 years as this week I turn 40. I was meant to be doing a driving tour of Eastern Romania to transilvania but that ain't happening so instead I find myself in North Wales, which to me is a close second as I'm finally going to visit portmeirion as I am a big fan of the 60s TV series the Prisoner. Anyway back to the cottage, perfect 10 out of 10, a very beautiful location that's a ideal central base for exploring the very best of North Wales. Don't look any further book now as this place will be found by the masses and booked up for a long time, if you're fortunate like myself you will be looking for a place to stay in North Wales and put this place on your shortlist, trust me and just book this place. If you find flaw here you are the kinda person who finds flaw anywhere so don't you book it if you're that way inclined, allow someone who will truly appreciate it's beauty and facility.

Tŷ Gwyn Holiday Cottage
This holiday cottage is truly perfect in every way for our family holiday. We had a large party of 9 and the house catered perfectly for all ages within the 9. Amazing size and the outdoor space is great too. Would definitely return to enjoy another week. Bedrooms excellent size and enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen.

A lovely cottage with nice size rooms.The location is beautiful and we saw some great sun sets. One minor negative was we could smell the septic tank most days whilst in the hot tub

Amazing holiday cottage, very high spec, but also comfortable and homely. Felt like we in an episode of Grand Designs!Glorious views too. Would love to stay here again.
