Top tier service - recently let a new apartment and LK were leaps and bounds ahead of any competitors, great communications, friendly people (Alex was especially helpful) but the whole team seems excellent and helped bring order to a very stressful time!If I could give more than 5 stars I would - highly recommended, especially compared to some big chain agents I've used in the past.

Very professional approach to everything and at the same time they provide valuable support should you need it. I was with another agent for years, but the past year I was let down. Louise, Katie and their team were there to provide their amazing services and support to everything I asked. I truly believe that their office is a great asset for Farnham. Initially left a good review as move in was smooth and went well. But then it went down considerably ,we loved the area and intended on staying long term . But from the very 1st maintenance issue in house we had bad experience .the letting agent told us the landlord completed all maintenance issues in the house . Every time him or 1 of his team of unskilled workers came they bodged an already bodged house even more ,it was truly disgraceful the work he carried out on the property.And we had this for 3 years .my wife and I are extremely patient and good at managing stress,but this was a shocking and upsetting experience . I believe this same landlord has many properties with this letting agent and he manages maintenance on them all . His team of workers would openly joke about his work and the fact that they are not tradesmen and really don't know what they are doing ,at 1 point we asked about decorating ourselves as the landlord would also make comments and joke on every visit that the house hadn't been decorated for about 20 years and had no intention of decorating.,when we asked to decorate we were told it had to be to a professional standard which considering the work the landlord did was shocking . 1 argument with landlord because he verbally attacked me regarding a badly laid lawn he did on top of compacted hardcore and said I would have to pay him £400 if said lawn died due to my dog and as a result the landlord gave us 2 months notice leaving myself my wife and 5 children with the prospect of being homeless with 1 year old baby . Would definitely recommend anyone to check if your property is maintained by landlord before signing anything. The stress this has caused such a strain on us all to point of virtual breakdown .And so much stress for us and the children.

It's been a long time since I've had the pleasure of working with anyone as helpful as the team at LK Lettings. I am not an easy person to please and I'm inevitably disappointed with what the modern world considers acceptable in terms of quality and service.I've been working with Katie, Louise and Alex for a while now and they have all been unfailingly helpful and knowledgeable. We have been letting our property through LK Lettings for the past 18 months and we highly recommend them. By far the best in the area and almost makes us want to buy another property! My only regret was not moving to them much earlier in the Lettings process. Katie and Louise are pragmatic, friendly and responsive to queries. I could not have asked for more from Katie, Louise and the team. From the point of check in, to issues with the boiler and even helping with removals when we moved out, Katie especially, has gone above and beyond and made me feel very special. There were a lot of snagging issues with the house, but the girls came together and everyone was very satisfied by the end. Thanks again for everything.

My partner and myself cannot thank LK Lettings enough for everything they have done for us so far! We haven’t had the easiest journey with other agents and they have completely ignored us due to previous credit issues however Alex at LK Lettings has just been nothing but amazing since the first phone call and is an absolute credit to the company. He has been amazing start to finish and did everything he possibly could to secure us our first home together and we collect the keys tomorrow! Once we had our offer accepted Louise started to liaise with us with regards to all documents and references and has been working tirelessly again to secure our new home for us. I have been dealing with Katie and Louise for some time now and have always found them to be helpful and nothing ever seems too much trouble, but recently I felt they went above and beyond when I had a problem in my property, they not only took my call out of hours but sorted the issue out with minimal distribution to myself.

Katie, Louise and their team are always so efficient and professional but still manage to keep all dealings on a personal level. Nothing is too much trouble. They always respond to any requests from the tenants and landlords very quickly. I would highly recommend this letting agency.
