Tranquil Waters - Health And Float Retreat

Had a gift voucher off my son for Christmas. I suffer fibromyalgia and my son thought it would be beneficial to me. Me and my husband went this morning. We was met by David, who made us feel relaxed. There was no rush. We got to enjoy this beautiful place and will definitely be returning. Feeling very relaxed throughout the day. Could of easily stayed all day.

Amazing grounds, and beautifully appointed accommodation with great variety of therapies available.Hot tub amazing as is floatation therapy.The Bistro opposite is a real winner with private chef for special evening meals

Fantastic experience. Being the sort of person who spends the first 5 days of a 7 day holiday unable to relax, I thought I might not really benefit from this. I was wrong ! Within 10 minutes I was totally relaxed and loved this. Will be visiting again, many thanks.

An experience to be repeatedI had no idea what to expect and was a little nervous. I was welcomed by the owners Dan and Emma and shown into the relaxation room. Dan provided me with a pre float instruction book and then took me into the float room and explained everything to me.When I initially went into the tank I did feel quite nervous but to get the full benefit I closed the lid. I didnt at all feel claustrophobic. I remembered Dan saying it was important to put my head right back and relax. For the first 15 mins I felt a strong aching in my shoulders and neck, which is an ailment I suffer with, but seemed worse. However, i persevered and all pain went. I was completely relaxed and drifted into what I can only describe as twighlight sleep. Before I knew it the hour float ended.Overall I was truly amazed, it was weird but wonderful and will definitely be a regular.The facilities are first class and in beautiful surroundings. A beautiful, relaxing experience to be repeated.
