I’ve been recommend by a friend who is a regular customer. I booked in for nails infills, Colour,Washed & Cut! I absolutely loved it, a lady name Maria made me felt so welcome, she listen to my enquires and gave the best advice. she gave me tips on how to keep hair healthy after colouring. I loved the results! Very helpful staff!!Hair and nails - I definitely recommend around Harrow/ Wembley area!

Love this beauty parlour. I have gotten my nails done by Tony and he is amazing. I also come here for my facials done by Maria who is super nice and helpful. Will definitely be coming back!

Booked my mum in for a spa pedicure. She had previously had one ages ago and wanted one as she is due to go on holiday.The salon is beautiful and clean and the service was completed by Alex who was excellent and extremely good at what he does. She declined the offer of tea and coffee- which was nice but was given a free bottle of water instead, which underlined the excellent customer service.My mum loved the whole experience; the excellent pedicure, which included a lovely massage and of course her toe nails.This is an excellent clean salon that offers good service- would highly recommend. Also I may add that as my mum was a senior citizen they even offered her a discount.

Tony is amazing with Biab, Alex is fantastic with pedicure, he literally gives the best massages and Maria I highly recommend the best highdresser and beautician around. In wembley its hard to find everything under one roof!!! Highly recommend Elite Nails.

I had a really good experience here! I normally go to Wembley but this place is good for so many reasons! They asked if I wanted tea or coffee, topped up my water when it cooled down, advised me on colours and I had a foot and leg massage afterwards! I really recommend coming here! The Owener and staff are wonderful!

Tried this nail salon for the first time today and it was pretty upsetting. The nail tech cut my skin multiple times making me bleed and when I said it’s hurting me he acted like I’m making a big deal out of it. When I said I wanted a darker shade that I had chosen, he made it seem like he was doing me a favor. Underwhelming work, the acrylic color is unevenly applied and there are gaps everywhere.

Worst nails I’ve ever gotten. This was my first and only time going to this nail salon. When coming in the owner/manager (I assume) let me know that my nail tech was newer so he’ll take a bit longer, which was no problem. I showed him the design I wanted, heart shaped tips. He assured me he was able to do so. Shaping my nails was a disaster. I constantly had to ask him to shape them better and neither nail is exactly the same. The base painted was too pink for my skin tone. He attempted the design and I gave him additional direction in hopes it would work. After he attempted a whole hand I just asked him to take it off and do a simple French tip. He handed me off to someone else because I think he was tired of dealing with me. Once finished I could truly see the imperfections. I have bumps and air pockets all over the nail. I believe he was more beginner level then I was lead to believe. Giving two stars because at least he tried to fix it when I asked.Update: owner called and apologized for the service. She offered a complimentary service but I declined.

I booked in for a pedicure and got an appointment less than an hour later. I was greeted by a lovely lady on reception. The shop was lovely and very clean, it looked brand new or could just be very well looked after. Tony did my pedicure; he was very friendly. He took his time and I even got a lower leg massage as part of the pedicure. He was also happy to treat my dry foot bottom. I find many places I have been to don't go deep enough on removing dry skin. Also, I had savaged my feet and overcut my nails a few days before. Tony managed to salvage my nails. The colour was gorgeous, I was very happy with the result and left feeling super relaxed. I will definitely be going back. Highly recommend!! Oh and they take card payments - a rarity! 5 stars from me and picture attached.

I highly recommend Elite nails both for their professionalism and enjoyable customer experience. I have had many treatments at Elite and have left 100% satisfied each time. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating of needs, and always ensure I am well looked after during my visit. This has become an escape for me from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
