Stephen & Co have helped us to sell two properties in the past 2 years, and I cannot fault their professionalism and attention to detail. They have communicated regularly throughout the process and did all they could whenever a problem occurred. In this day and age with 'low cost' estate agents using modern day technology and email, it's refreshing to deal with people who talk rather than email and take an interest in the whole process. The most professional block management company we have used, they come and visit the block at least once a month. They are always readily available on the phone or via email to answer any queriers we have.Thank you John, Nicola and the team!

Possibly the worst website of any estate agent ever. They NEVER reply to online enquiries and leave properties long since rented on their page.

I just want to say a big thank you to John & Nicola who manage the block management. We recently sold our leasehold flat and had to heavily rely on them both to get the information that our buyers solicitors required. They were amazing with helping with the management pack and sourcing all the information that we needed. I gave them a headache I guess at times, chasing constantly but they were always there to help and supply the information that we needed to the point we got there eventually with our buyers picky solicitors virtually asking for every bit of information. I trying to sort out a rent charge issue with a property for am selling, got the vague response 'we don't collect anymore but asked when it was last paid

Just 1 of my worst experiences I've ever had dealing with a company. Timing as with everything has alot to do with this, they managed my flat for a week, & charged me administrative fees even tho I'd paid another company for the same thing to move my details to them, that was OK its kind of the rules & was just annoying.But the main issue was when they took my neighbours side & acted on their behalf against me, but refused to do anything for me & were extremely rude about it & then refused to talk to me for weeks I just kept getting the run around from their receptionist.Needless to say I'm glad I was moving out

I didnt have to deal with them too much with them but the instance that I did, I found them to not have a nice telephone manor and quite unhelpful

The entire team at Stephen & Co were fabulous. Assisting my elderly mother to sell her shared ownership home was not the easiest of tasks, especially with her periods of ill health but they dealt with the whole process with kindness, compassion, professionalism and a generous amount of good humour! Would recommend time and again! Thank you all for such a great job!
