Where do I start!Carers always In a rush, calls allocated are for 30mins they spend a minimum of 7/10minutes at a call. They are not very confident with clients, who are unable to do things for themselves. They don’t encourage clients even after being showed what to do! Answering personal calls or texting away instead of having a conversation with the client, they should be attending too! Scornful of bowel movements. Management doesn’t deal with complaints professionally let alone get back too you about it. Times allocated are not kept too, arriving late then rushing too go! Say they have done duties to be carried out, when sometimes this isn’t the case. Not very diverse! Out of all the carers, I’ve seen only 3 we’re good. Because of the lack of encouragement given to client, client fell over and they have a no lifting policy. So we’re unable to pick client up off the floor. Rushing to deliver personal care when bathing, giving someone a wash within 5mins is a new record. I would not recommend this company to any one needing homecare service.

I got a Job here, but unfortunately I started another Job straight away after my interview.. Overall The staff member are very friendly.. And they go straight to the point with you. No hassle.

Four Oaks, personally my carers are great, there almost second family to me, we get on really well, occasionally new carers come in and unfortunately the odd one or two I did not get on with, I ring in my concerns and usually we come to terms by sorting things.

This care company is really bad and unprofessional. They expect carers to overwork but pay them minimum wages which covers their travel expenses and many more. They are truly ungrateful and talk recklesslyto adult carers because they feel supreme

One of the most unprofessional services in the UK i was due to start my role in November and whilst already having given notice for my holiday i was booked onto a package, then told i ciuldnt work due to not completing my training that i was not put on. They do not correspond with you at all other then a 'call me 'whatsapp message. The live in service is run by a extremely rude, unprofessional woman who starts huffing and puffing on the phone, clearly does not know how to conduct her job role and had the audacity to shout at me on the phone becasue i wasnt able to attend a training that she had NOT informed me about. Basic communication is non existing and when you complain they ignore you. Wasted approximately 5 months of my time. They all tell you different things, very complacent. They are disorganized, unfair, dismissive and clearly uneducated too i think this is a fair way to sum up my experience with Fouroaks becasue they have a reputation for this apparently
