Having just purchased over £110 worth of goods 15 minutes before closing I politely asked if they could change a £5 note for some coins for the parking meter. Was told bluntly they had no change. If we had not already purchased the items, we would have left them and walked out. We are local residents and regular customers of Norfolk marine, having spent many hundreds of pounds with them over the years. They clearly don't have any respect for any of their customers. We will not be shopping there again.

Good chandlery was a good selection of products. Staff could be easier to approach, but otherwise they have most of what one would need for boating and water activities. Bring a mortgage lender with you prices seems to be quite high.

Arrogant bloke on the front desk is in serious need of a slap. Clearly only wants to help the posh talking older sailing folk and has no time for anyone else. Happy to take my custom elsewhere.

I ordered two props for my Torqueedo at the last minute for my dinghy in Malta - Norfolk Marine turned the order around really quickly and it arrived in 3 days ( 1 Of which was a bank holiday) - Great service 5 * - Thanks

Whether the pathetic little man in his 40s(?) on the front desk was the owner or not, he needs to work on his attitude towards his customers whom are paying over-the-top prices in order to support a local business. He was very unhelpful, rude and arrogant! I had to walk out before I was as rude as he was.
