New York Hand Car Wash

I don't write reviews but felt compelled to in this case.Never have I been anywhere where the customer service was this bad. The man who served me was cocky, smarmy, and very snotty when I went with a van on behalf of work, they had previously done one of the other vans for £30 so I went with the other van and asked for the same service at the same price. I was asked to tell them who my boss was, asked to get on WhatsApp and show the man my boss, asked to call my boss.....interrogated basically, I wouldn't mind so much but this was done in a way that was so unpleasant, so unprofessional and almost hostile.Will not be using them for business OR personal and will encourage others to stay away from this awful place, take your money to a place that deserves your money, not these a-holes.

Took 30 minutes to wash a small car. They weren’t busy at all yet people washing the car disappeared multiple times mid car wash to do who knows what. Cars that came after me were done before me. Bad service

I live in Devon with recent hosepipe bans. In the last two weeks I have taken one dirty car and one very dirty white van in when I’m in area. Excellent team worked hard and did an excellent job. Money well spent. They rose to the challenge

Would have got charged £15 for £8 car wash cos my car was dirty, if I didn't ask for money back. Stick to prices displayed, stop trying to rob people.

Had my car washed today. Really good quality clean. No rush job. Highly recommend!

as sold by the manufacturer a mid size SUV.New York Car wash .. it will be £30 (50% increase in 6 weeks) as it's a Large car. Explained it was a mid size car and it was £20 on the previous visit dropped to £25.tried to justify that other cars there such as a Qashqai, a 5 Series and a C class Merc were also classed as a large car.Again asked why as it made no sense and received the same reason, and explained again that the last time and time before it was only £20Beware of being overcharged and disappointed as it WAS a great car wash and convenient.

Did a great job of cleaning up my VW Passat.The price for a full valet was good - £80

Fast, efficient and very friendly. Got our golf done with a mini valet in 30 minutes as we’re were in a rush. Highly recommend.

mrs been taking here cla45 here for years and every time she has to request the guys to put the tyre gel on. this time specifically requested but still no shine. The tyres and wheels are never clean so please check your wash before you pay them anything. Changing the car wash from now on.

Great value. They do a really good job, plus paying by card is a bonus, but bear in mind there's a small charge for doing so.Highly recommend.
