Performance Valeting

We took our car to this place and we had a tiny bit of paint missing from the back of car after someone hit us, we asked them to not wash that part with the jet, they continued and now the paint has been removed from 3 inches to around 10 inches. When questioned about this, they did not seem bothered and still happy to take our full money. Avoid this place trust me. I was very angry and my partner was very upset.

Great place to have your car valeted, really thorough job with pleasant staff, been going there every few weeks. Grade A work at good prices, can leave your car and use the Seaside Cafe while you wait.

Always a great service. With a balance of hand and pressure washing. After various visits long before and since lockdown, I wouldn't take my car to be cleaned anywhere else.I've had quick cleans all the way up to the works, and never been disappointed.I also notice how many taxi drivers use it, which is always a good sign to me.Sometimes they are really busy, but you can leave your car there and go back to collect it when it's done.Only word of warning is around getting out afterwards...if you have a large car or aren't too confident then getting out through the back might be a bit daunting for you (I've not had a problem with it, but I imagine some people do).

at the basic £25 inside and out valet.Ok service quite a few marks still left on the inside fabric , I had to remove myself afterwards. Smeres on body work I had to remove afterwards . Dust on dashboard, probably because the off road parking is a gravel road. In the 'photos' section, I put 2 images of the white makes on the black fabric I removed myself, easily. if I planned to do cleaning on my car myself I would have done it all myself and not paid for it.Ok service, nothing special, I've had better for less of the price.

Got my car cleaned here, exterior and interior. I was quoted £20 before leaving to grab a coffee while I waiting.When I went back to collect my car & tried to give them the £20 for the work, they said ‘no, £25’ because my car was ‘too dirty’.My car was not That dirty when I took it there, I keep in it quite a respectable condition (hence why I took it to get cleaned in the first place).Don’t quote a price, then change it after the works been done. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I paid the £25 and left feeling a bit cheated!As far as how clean the car was, it was alright.If I wasn’t overcharged I would have been a repeat customer of their service, but i’ll go elsewhere now... enjoy the extra £5!

Worst car wash i have ever been to very slow only a female and a male working could tell they were fed up, Was overcharged for my van and wasn't even cleaned to a standard inside wasn't hoovered and the windscreen was misty they didn't even put an air freshener on like other car washes. The women there said this is not London prices are higher here (which wasn't really relevant) Had to take my van to a different car wash to be proper cleaned I wasn't going to pay her but i felt sorry for the staff hence i made the £30 payment. I saw another women drive in and asked the lady how much is it to clean the outside and she didnt even reply with an answer apart from i will find out for you she then replied you are the boss who will you find out from, It's clear that they are unprofessional in this industry they work in and overcharge everyone somehow.To save you the hassle please DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH avoid like the PLAGUE there are much better car washes in the area.

First time visit to this car wash and it didn't disappoint. A sparkling car emerged from the sand and mud that once encrusted it. A great thorough job!

Furious! I removed my belongings from my cab of my van and placed them to the side while it was being cleaned. The bag was moved again by one of the employees and another enployee then decided to run over it with another car! It destroyed my daughters inhaler, a box of chocolates I had just bought for my mum and worst of all my iPad! I got no apology from anyone there including the ignorant manager. To top it off they tried to over charge me. Never ever using them again absolutely terrible

Half done...windiows cleaned with dirty chamois nothing else,sills very dirty after wash,wheels got a good coat of looking at and not much more,i usually go to the garden centre on the a22,used this one today to save time,pfffft, garden centre tomorrow to have the job done properly
