I asked Adam to repair a gaming computer with a number of issues. Kept up to date at every stage. Has done a fantastic job & very quickly. One very happy grand child. I rang Adam as I had a network issue and needed some cabling moving and sorting out. Adam came out, took time to listen to the issues and then set about fixing them. The spaces he had to work in are not the easiest but nothing seemed the phase him. He is very professional and puts all the relevant Covid precautions in place. Excellent customer service from the moment I messaged for help. Adam was very helpful and said he could look at my laptop fast due to him knowing that I need it for work. My problem was that my webpages wouldn’t open, which is no good when you sell online for a living. What can I say within 24 hours I had my laptop back and fixed, at a very reasonable cost.
