Great mot stn clean tidy?and someone that knows his stuff

I have already done four MOTs with Jeff and Mark and while there are most likely hundreds of other MOT garages between my place and Paragon (almost 20 miles return), I have already booked my fifth. There are a lot of things I like about Paragon, Jeff and Mark:- they show no interest in ripping you off. There was one small issue with the headlights and Jeff sorted it without asking for anything - you show me another shop that will not fail you only to charge you another £20 to sort it out?- they have a couple of old racing cars and a small plane (albeit none of them look functional) in the garage. I mean, how cool is that?- they talk to you like you are a human being. They are truly gentlemen! A true shock for me with regards to garages.- while I was waiting, they were helping another customer find reasonable prices to repair some issues. They know people who can help but they have put no pressure on this man to go to them and I was really impressed with how much they showed they cared about saving money.- finally, and equally important, they really do a thorough job! After every test, I know for sure that there is nothing wrong with the car which is very reassuring indeed.All in all, a 5* experience each and every time I visit them. If all garages were like Paragon, we would have lived in a completely different auto world!

Best place for an honest MOT in Coventry been using this place for years now , wouldn't take my car anywhere else , always friendly and helpful

Took 'Maggie' the Mondeo in yesterday for her MOT. Rang in the morning and Ross fitted me in the same day. Absolute consummate professional, and a thouroughly decent chap to boot. Took the time to show me what needed doing and gave honest advice on the best place to get it done. Very clean, well kept and tidy workshop and will be going back there in the future. Is a good place to get MOTs done but last 2 times I took a car there for a service there ended up being a problem with them not long after. 2 different cars. I obviously cannot prove that is was this place that messed the cars up though, could be coincidental.

Highly recommended local business! Friendly and professional, took good care of my bike while it was with them. Mot was carried out in a professional manner with an efficient turnaround. Will be using in the future.

absolutely delighted I found this place.....I phoned up and the guy on the other end of the phone said sure bring it in now we will squeeze you in,. i went and was greeted with a truly professional service and a true gentleman and total professional guy, I found this guys name to be Ross, he did my car and I was delighted, my car actually failed on that day, but what it failed on was necessary and still I was very happy, I got the work done and phoned them on the DAY my re test expired, sure said the voice on the other end of the phone bring it now ". They did the retest
