This shop is awful. I went there on Friday past and they had very little stock. I was planning to buy a PC but no staff came near me and they had a choice of 2 computers which were absolute rubbish anyway. You cannot call a PC a gaming PC with 8gb of ram. Even the TVs were in short supply. Anything else they had was double or even treble the price of everywhere else. Currys has went badly downhill.

Don't buy a phone out of Currys, last year after nearly 2 and a half years worth of saving I purchased an Iphone 13 out of there store. Not within a year later it started to play up. Constantly glitching and lagging, went back into the store and kindly asked for my money back only to be given back nothing but check and rude attitude, they instead insist that they shipped it off for repair and see if they could find the fault within the phone and told me that they would inform me when the phone had returned to the store. I never got a call back saying when it had return from there repair shop, instead I had to call back and kindly ask if it had come back a month later. They said that they couldn't find the fault and that the phone should be working just fine. This year I had to send my phone to a local tech repair in the town. They looked at my phone after I explained everything to them and what the phone was doing. After they took a very long time of checking and testing it out they told me that the phone was indeed faulty. They told me that I would have to get a new one within a couple of months as it will soon enough go out and will become unrepairable. I am very disappointed with this after all that 2 years and a half of saving went for nothing.To anyone out there that is looking to buy a phone DO NOT purchase it from Currys.

Paid £179 for an item to be collected on Saturday. Now Tuesday, nearly a full week after I placed the order. Still no sign of the order, terrible customer service all round from Curry’s. Nobody seems to have a clue what’s going on

I went to currys ballymena on Sunday 30th july with my tefal iron bought via click and collect in june. The iron was leaking water and had been for about a week (quite a large amount). It was only 6 weeks old when I took it to store. The sales guy took the iron from me, filled out some paperwork and informed me the iron was to be sent to Cork for repair, I questioned why an item of value £44.99 was being sent to Cork but he explained that was the process, that it was super quick and would be back the same week, I again asked for confirmation on this and he said yes and that I would be contacted when it was ready for collect. Two weeks had passed with no contact and no use of an iron.. so I took another trip to currys ballymena. I met with a sales girl who asked me to go to the back of the shop to the repair section and she would send down the sales guy whom had been dealing with me. I stood for at least 15 minutes watching whilst the team continued to serve at the till at the front. Eventually the sales guy came down and started to look for paper work in a file, which he couldn't find and didnt locate. He went off to check two stores and couldn't find my iron. He suggested his colleague on the Monday 31st July had logged the repair with tefal and couldn't find any paperwork. He did however print the receipt which showed I had left the iron off once again took my contact details and advised I would be called on the Monday. Its now Friday and no call. He suggested on sunday that he was aware Tefal had been having delays but only two weeks before he was promising my iron would make a round trip to cork in only a few days ! Whilst I appreciate it is not directly the sales guys fault, the level of customer service has been very poor, continues to be poor and I am still without an iron.
