Absolutely amazing service from dignipets at such a sad time. We had to put down our big bear, Bruiser after being with us for a amazing 16 fantastic years, it was a really sad day and time , but made a lot easier by Lucian our dignipet vet who was fantastic throught out and very professional.Thank you dignipets and Lucian in particular for making Bruisers last few hours on earth as comfortable and painless as possible and most importantly at home with his family x

Such a thoughtful service from Dignipets during one of the most hardest & saddest times I have ever experienced. To be able to have my boy put to sleep in his own home surrounded by his family meant the world. Thank you so much especially to Ana for making Benson’s last few hours as comfortable & as painless as possible. Even though we are still broken, the way Ana looked after Benson has given us all some comfort during the past 3 weeks.

We had Ripley for 13 1/2yrs of deep unconditional love and we'll miss him with all our hearts. Dignipets were wonderful and calm and Bruce couldn't have helped any more than he did and on behalf of myself, wife and daughter thank you.

Wonderful service from Heather so that the family were with Max in the garden for one last time. Still in bits but so grateful for Dignipets service. Just waiting now for him to come home.

Lucian came to us on Monday to lay our beautiful baby girl Dottie to rest, when cancer sadly took hold at only 5 years young. We couldn’t have wished for a more gentler and kinder person for Dotties final moments. Respectful doesn’t come close, understanding and compassion One thing is for certain we will recommend dignipets should anyone ever need to contact them.We have no regrets on using the service. Thank you for your beautiful poem that arrived today.Mr and Mrs Lomax.

We unfortunately had to make the decision to let our girl cross the rainbow bridge a week ago today. That day shattered our world and we miss her so so much. As soon as our girl was diagnosed with kidney disease I knew I wanted her to pass peacefully in the comfort of her own home and so therefore signed her up with Dignipets. I can not recommend these enough the customer service was absolutely phenomenal. On the day we had a lovely vet called Bruce come to our home and he was so calm and talked us through each step and what to expect, this made the process a little easier and comforting. He was so gentle and respectful to our pup from start to finish and I am forever grateful for that. So thank you so much to the team and Bruce for everything that have done for us.

At a very difficult time Merel from Dignipets came to see our poorly little Jack Russell Ola who was at her end of life stage.Merel took the time to explain everything clearly with utmost compassion for both us and more importantly Ola who was able to pass peacefully on the lap of a family member.Without hesitation, we would highly recommend Dignipets to anyone who finds themselves in the same sad situation. Merel was so caring and truly wonderful. We couldn’t thank her enough for the caring service.

18 years old and so much love and affection had to come to an end at some point.I'm hugely heartbroken at the loss but have some comfort in the fact my dog was able to see out her final hours in her own home.Dignipets were amazing. Faultless actually. The first interaction on a Sunday evening was met with compassion. The poor receptionist who had to take my call and ask me my details through my tears and a snot-ridden face.Bruce, the vet who attended, I have never felt more at ease in the company of a vet who see euthanasia day-in, day-out. Bruce made my partner and I feel relief and confirming we were in fact doing the right thing. If I didn't say it in person at the time to Bruce, a million thanks for helping our old lady at the last leg of her journey on this planet. She was tired and you reiterating that gave us relief that the right thing was being done.To anyone reading this, Dignipets were hands down superb.Bruce, you're a credit to your industry.

At the most heartbreaking of times it’s comforting to know that you can call on people who are empathetic, calming, supportive and reassuring. We cannot thank all the staff at Dignipets and specificallyMerel for being there for Arwen and for us.
